Hello traders!

US stocks ended mixed tonight as a drop in crude prices and a stabilising bond market offered some respite to investors concerned about inflation and rising interest rates.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 25.05 points to 11,005.74, off a session low of 10,922.73. The Nasdaq Composite put in a fractional loss, down 0.13 points at 2,268.25 and the S&P500 climbed 2.59 points to 1,278.47.

Good morning traders!

In Asia today, finished up 409.42 points at 16,036.91, while the Hang Seng closed the morning down 15.44 points at 15,477.65.

Oil prices fell below the key $60 level in Asian trading hours. New York's main contract, light sweet crude for delivery in April, was down 7 cents at $59.95 a barrel from its close of $60.02 in the US overnight.

Reason Volume and price moving from lows, MACD on the turn

AFN 3. 8 - 3.9p +0.025p

Had the shares on the Monitor since last night waiting for the L2 this morning as the MACD was on the turn and some volume yesterday.

L2 was this morning negative with 1 v 4, with no trades and then all of a sudden up on the bid and 3 MMs gone into bid (all at the same time with no trades showing ), so the L2 is now 3 v 1

I have stepped in on the traders thread on this board a few times over the past few days and asked people to stay away from the personal - everyone has had their fair share to say, but this is the final time I will step in without taking action - please keep away from personal stuff and back onto the issues at hand.

up at both sides as punters realised of the turning on the share price

ZRL 14 - 17p +1p
moving higher after news of higher grade gold find

MPH 20.50 - 21p +0.75p
volume buying still going on after news on the last couple days

PVR 5.7 - 5.9p +0.15p
bouncing after yesterday's profit taking

I appreciate your posting on the whole, but you have to appreciate sometimes people will take opposing views - as long as those views are aired in a constructive and non personal way they are fine. All I am asking for is a return to the 'good' posts and less of the personal stuff.

It is not opposing views the problem but giving "faulty information and on top wanting to be right" and every so often " no maners" etc, instead of retracting "her" mistake.

The company in question MPH, just said it will make 5M profit and has been profitable for the last few years and paying divident.

BTW - What I said come out as true so far.

there is resistance on the chart at 20p then 22 and later 27p
if any of those is broken then the next one.
Nothing goes into a strait line, but certainly the good news are here and usually do come on more than just one.

Is any ones guest how much higher can go, but being a growth company and on a P E of 8 looks undervalued long term.

YES SHORT TERM SHOULD BE ANOTHER DAY ON THE UP -large volume today and press coments tomorrow.
long term - time to get in is another matter, you missed the early cheap price, now you decide to go before go higher , or wait for the next profit taken

Master RSI helping a loss making/poorly run company by "propping" up a share price
does no-one any favours - especially shareholders considering purchasing the share.

just added a position that UKX does not touch 6050 in the next 8 days for +50% lovely,that means i can buy some more happy pills :-)

This thread contains some of the most serial spammers and pump and
dump merchants that post on advfn, it's all about can they suck anybody
in so they can sell out, if you buy after the stock has already jumped then
you will not last too long in this game.
I will repeat, the thread master rsi mentions is shocking, the only reason it
gets so many hits because the same people who pump their shares repeatedly
use it.
Please Dyor and be very wary, 90% of these stocks will have dived a week later.

You will lose money if you buy and hold these ramps.
