Though the t/o for A&L is still only rumour, it seems to have quite a solid base (unlike some) ...... Whether an offer materialises and if it does, whether it crystalises is another matter.

Nevertheless, it looks to me as though the downside (now +100 @ 1220) is perhaps just more than this morning's rise, the upside is at least 200 and maybe even 300.
