I found this website, don't know who's responsible for it but there are quite a few claims of mis-management and extremely dubious dealings to do with this company. This is aside from the fact that one of their staff was arrested by the SFO and their offices were raided. the site I found was www.blagger.com, there are links to verifiable documents so I think whoever it is has done their research.

It's certainly worth a look before investing in Erinaceous or any of the other 60 companies they own.
