Tim, I think you should of kept the cat thing to yourself, i know you joke about eating rabbits in the face of our little stockbunny but the cat thing is a little below the belt in relation to Fundies cat. Im sure you did not mean to offend in such this way. We are meant to be all friends here at the cafe. Now shake hands and have a beer together on order of poochy!
Cup of tea please and sorry about my drunken state last night! i'm sure it will happen again.
:-)

TIM is OK, I'm sure it was a bad taste joke, and I know about them. Cats are one of those animals you love or hate, like TIM I hate them, though I wouldnt wish them any harm (except when I catch them doing a woopsie in my garden)

Thanks Stormy, but we must stop meeting like this, people will talk!
I fancy a drink, my usual pint of Creme de Menthe please, then I must away to bed before I fall over.

Coming right up, I have waited long for the honour of serving you, sir.
And after such an experience I think a rest is called for.
Goodnight.

Well I'm in 100% agreement with Jeffmack on the cat thing. I'm a dog lover (except for the little rats-on-string!) and can't stand cats. Wouldn't wish any of them any harm though.
Timbo was just voicing his opinion to which he's entitled. May have been a touch insensitive, but was certainly to the point.
Chill.
:o)
Btw, hello again the Real Stormy.

Hi hilary
Some of the old original advfn crowd have set up the 'Bucket Shop' thread over here now.
Cats
Hmmm, they used to mess all over my rear garden and front drive until I discovered Vinegar!
Have had to put up 6ft fences all around rear garden and regularly put vinegar on the top of the fence.
So far for the last few weeks my rear garden and front drive have been cat mess free.
Dog owners have to clean up their pets mess - why can't cat owners too?

Insider, our Rag Doll cat loves his chips plastered with tomato sauce and vinegar; can't say that I've ever seen him eating them on a fence so it must work.
He's the exception that proves the rule I guess as he uses the long grass for his toilet, same as me and the mrs.....
I reckon TIM was out of order but don't think we should dwell on it as he's a nice fella and am sure he didn't wanna hurt...
Always felt there was more than a touch of feline in Hils,
certainly never a bow-wow...lol...
[thinks..."I'm digging a hole here!!!"]....lol...aaaagggghhhhhhhh....

Hells teeth Goldie..game plan...serious or what?
Hi Socs, cats & dogs in Glos. eh? wish it was here, relentless winter sunshine is v.pleasant for me but the farmers are worried.
The Gov. are bringing in phase 1 water restrictions [garden hose sprinklers in day time] and its the middle of our winter but it's all in anticipation of next summer. [Not something UK Gov. do very well ie plan ahead].
Wasn't the pub just over the bridge [Westgate] over the Severn at Gloucester City called "The Black Dog"?
Anyway I'm back over on Sat week so expect UK to be under water throughout August; Mrs.lw's birthday today, she's in Suffolk spending it with her Ma.
Apparently they spent the afternoon in Felixstowe [don't ask] and it was deserted, they couldn't even get a crab sandwich [expect the cats had had them all!], but it didn't rain...lol..

Diminutive Willie
I don't know about pubs, noisy places, but just about every bridge over the Severn has a pub at the end of it so you are probably right.
Suffolk, I used to be in Suffolk, RAF Wattisham, the back of beyond. Felixstowe I know too, lived there a couple of years. Loved walking up to Bawdsey Ferry and watching the tide race through, great place. Used to be a little shop on the seafront that sold plate sized pies, steak, apple etc. Best pies ever. Shop probably long gone and now sells buckets and spades, maybe hearts, clubs and diamonds too for all I know.
