NETeller - CASHING IN (NLR)

HUSTLER - 17 Nov 2004 20:02

NETeller - NLR - 3.15
Thought i would start a new thread following on from
hawick - new issue looks very special - not to steal the thunder from
hawick but just to highlight the company name to those not already in to this
potential blockbuster.
Those of us who are following NETeller know the background and have been
active with postings, for newcomers i strongly sugest viewing the
( new issue looks very special posting )the content will speak for itself.

Brief overview of NETeller
The company handles online cash transactions across the globe
on 21st oct gained fsa approval to operate as a regulated e-money issuer
and will passport the regulated status to all 25 EU member states
it has over 1 million clients rising by 2000 number each day
1500 online merchants and processed over $1.5 billion in 2003
pre tax profit is estimated to be 29 million to dec 04 rising to
40 million next year
per currently 20 to dec 04 falling to 11.5 which is low for sector
brokers have been raising forcasts on a regular basis
share price has risen over 50% since launch earlier this year
new markets emerging constantly, asia has the potential for supergrowth
online casinos are creating enormous profits
given all this - cash generative - huge market - fsa approval
infastructure in place to handle growth, profits accrue to bottom line
the market force is behind it with good relative strength
all put together it is hard to argue against this has the potential
to be a blockbuster over the year ahead

For you chartists, and that has nothing to do with the chartham method (which I know little about!!) - NLR has now moved through the 20 DMA. Even if chartism means nothing to you - believe me it means something to bears/ shorters. In short I reckon Evil (what a beast),and his cohorts, are now rogered on this stock and should be seeking pastures new, unless they do indeed have steel balls!

Of course - this being the stockmarket, I could easily end up with egg on my face. In which case you won't be hearing from me for a suitable time, at which point I will return when everyone will have failed to notice my blunder.

Congrats to the scousers!!!

At last the relentless trading maybe over for the time being, agree with Gallick on this one. As mentioned before the consolidation on AIM should be the impetus this share needs to motor on as fund managers start tracking the Index...............

Hoping for 550-560 by the end of the week

Madison - 26 May 2005 14:12 - 1035 of 1341

My interpretation of the chart is that the retracement's probably over; the fundamentals look great, the AIM issue is very positive and the press/broker comment is very supportive at these prices. In short, a lot of reason for the sp to rise over the fairly near future.

Strange then that there's a fair amount of selling. If I'd bought at round 500 or less, whether as a short term or long term punt, I'd be waiting for a greater gain. Actually since I bought round 550 (and probably for the long term) I'll be happier when it far surpasses that point!

Cheers, Madison

Edging ever closer to your target guys...I see it takes the top spot in Shares mag's M-commerce Portfolio today. ("the shares look seriously good value")

Madison, do you think its ready to break out of this range of being shorted up and down, 500, ,540

bhunt1910 - 26 May 2005 15:53 - 1038 of 1341

Its nearly there - 550

jimmy b - 26 May 2005 15:56 - 1039 of 1341

Yes bhunt, but is it on the way now .

Madison - 26 May 2005 15:58 - 1040 of 1341

Yes!

It ought to. But I'm not really an NLR expert, I never short and I don't keep watch on the shorting info. I would have thought this one's big enough to throw it off though, particularly with the AIM list upcoming.

Cheers, Madison

jimmy b - 26 May 2005 15:59 - 1041 of 1341

It does look like it . Cheers

bhunt1910 - 26 May 2005 16:18 - 1042 of 1341

Yes = 550 - but will it hold - I am not confident yet - but it looks positive - a step in the right direction - a breakout !!
