What's happening here - the volume has increased massively today. Am I missing something in the air - anybody got any news?

I'm interested too...does a new share placing usually cause the share price to rise? I would have thought that placing an additional 54 million shares would dilute the share price?

I suppose on the other hand, the market would respond positively considering Zoo intend on spending 40% of the 5m on development!

Any further clarification would be appreciated!

Zoo could well lift further I think also, placing will be at 10.5p. Glad to have bought now.

One thing I did not know was Directors hold I 38% of Zoo, If am correct???

am l not right to say that some of the directors sold their shares initially(after the share mag recommendation) so that investors would have the opportunity to place moneys into the company.only difference now is that there are more available.

In theory a placing would dilute the shares,
The Sells also outweigh the buys today so am a little concerned!

The biggest sell rolling in at 200,000 shares (one shareholder)

I might chicken out and cancel a buy i had down for tomorrow.

If Mr 200,000 shares can't see any quick profit im with him!!
The shares do seem to be well backed though, So find myself in a catch 22 situation.
I think i'll wait and see what happends before I buy!

Anyone have any ideas why ZOO has been on a downward trend as of late. I know there was plenty of profit taking recently, but I'm not aware of any bad news, unless the placement has caused investors to be nervous.

BB probably right about the placement, although looking at buys and sells looks like MMs playing a few tricks.
