NETeller - CASHING IN (NLR)

HUSTLER - 17 Nov 2004 20:02

NETeller - NLR - 3.15
Thought i would start a new thread following on from
hawick - new issue looks very special - not to steal the thunder from
hawick but just to highlight the company name to those not already in to this
potential blockbuster.
Those of us who are following NETeller know the background and have been
active with postings, for newcomers i strongly sugest viewing the
( new issue looks very special posting )the content will speak for itself.

Brief overview of NETeller
The company handles online cash transactions across the globe
on 21st oct gained fsa approval to operate as a regulated e-money issuer
and will passport the regulated status to all 25 EU member states
it has over 1 million clients rising by 2000 number each day
1500 online merchants and processed over $1.5 billion in 2003
pre tax profit is estimated to be 29 million to dec 04 rising to
40 million next year
per currently 20 to dec 04 falling to 11.5 which is low for sector
brokers have been raising forcasts on a regular basis
share price has risen over 50% since launch earlier this year
new markets emerging constantly, asia has the potential for supergrowth
online casinos are creating enormous profits
given all this - cash generative - huge market - fsa approval
infastructure in place to handle growth, profits accrue to bottom line
the market force is behind it with good relative strength
all put together it is hard to argue against this has the potential
to be a blockbuster over the year ahead

FireOne floating on 2nd June, we may see a slight blip in the price today.

jimmy b - 02 Jun 2005 10:17 - 1046 of 1341

pension271 - 14 Jun 2005 16:20 - 1047 of 1341

Don't know pesion271 but very pleasing,, there is a Gaming expo in Montreal this week , and i know NLR are a major sponsor...

pension271 - 14 Jun 2005 16:35 - 1049 of 1341

Hi JB - yes it is good to see the price moving upwords - without any news it is confusing whether to stay on or get out - will see what happens tomorrow.
SBT also moved well upwords today and took advantage to bank some profits.

today was the expiry period for SpreadBets, could explain rally in quite a few stocks that have been under pressure the last few months.

blackbelt - 15 Jun 2005 12:20 - 1051 of 1341

Nice tick up today, hopefully quality is being appreciated

jimmy b - 15 Jun 2005 12:25 - 1052 of 1341

jimmy b - 15 Jun 2005 12:55 - 1053 of 1341

On its way now ,

Madison - 15 Jun 2005 13:14 - 1054 of 1341

Nice rise but more sells than buys at present showing. Presumably there's some buying going on which will show up on our screens later on. No, that's far too rational! LOL. Hope you're right blackbelt.

Cheers, Madison

blackbelt - 15 Jun 2005 14:02 - 1055 of 1341

Im having an unbelievable couple of days, with GMC, VML, RCG, ACG and this baby........its so strange the way the markets go but im not smart enough to work them out! Just pick wisely and wait

HUSTLER - 15 Jun 2005 19:52 - 1056 of 1341

Hi Blackbelt.
The markets defy logic at times, take NETeller as an example
in november it was 3.00 four months later over 7.50
a gain of 150% it then fell 40% scared us half to death.
Now recovered over 30% standing at 6.00 tonight.
The move both ways have been very fast and dramatic
why ? there are various reasons, profit takers, shorters such
as evil kenevil and his bunch of tossers,
and the mm's who have to keep churning stock they shake the
tree and you always get some fallout.
Looking at the bigger picture, as you rightly say pick wisely
and wait is the best policy, especially if you haven't the time
to watch daily, and even if you do have time you won't always get
it right.
The most important thing when a stock changes direction is what has changed
in NETellers case the newsflow and forcasts has been very good indeed
all the way through, and untill that changes what logic would persuede
you to sell there isn't a case. Infact if the good news continues the
sp could well go to 10.00 and possibly a lot more, but always be on
your guard if the story does change for the worst then get out.
Remember 150% profit in 4 months compared to a building society
would take 30 years. Finally the markets themself play a huge part
the Aim for example had raced higher over the last year outpreforming
the other indices, we then had the correction of 20% March - May
which drove most of the highest rises a lot lower. This seems to
have settled at present but historically this is not generally
a good period as the saying. Go away in May come back st Leger day
a bit old hat i know but a lot of people still seem to follow.
Wishing you all the best and hoping the good news continues
along with the sp.

Cheers Hustler thanks for the info, I missed the initial boat on this one the first time round but got in when the price retrenched.

The Independent rated this a buy today, as did shares so im staying put in this one with a 10 target in about 1-2 years.

Nice mark up this morning but im sure there will be profit taking by the end of the week

moneyplus - 16 Jun 2005 11:16 - 1058 of 1341

only 10% tax on your gains if you hold for 2 years. There is some talk that NLR will transfer to the main market next year so I guess the tax gain will be lost. IMO this share has a long way to rise!

goldfinger - 16 Jun 2005 13:30 - 1059 of 1341

Glad I kept a few bob in this one. Will be interesting to see what Evil as to say tomorrow. I might sell up later on today though as this one seems to be a toy for the shor termers and I have no doubt at some time in the next few days those that took it up will take it down again.

cheers GF.

markusantonius - 16 Jun 2005 13:55 - 1060 of 1341

First time I've read this thread, guys..... To save me time in having to read over 1,000 posts, what are your individual price targets - short term and medium term, please.....? (I got these earlier this year but got the timing wrong!)

Fred1new - 16 Jun 2005 16:10 - 1061 of 1341

Blackbelt, did you say wisely or hopefully? I am still stuck on hopefully.
