The only thing that will boost us now is positive news with hard or $ attatched, until this news is available & released we will not be able to shake the ' monkey off our back '.

In my opinion we will see this bump along in a limited trading range either until the finals are posted or the above news is released !

Indieman - 01 Dec 2004 14:26 - 1111 of 2262

Tadpole is particularly rumour-prone and hence susceptible to manipulation. When those who claim to know get fed up, we can probably expect another round of rumours similar to those of a few weeks ago.

Legins - 01 Dec 2004 23:11 - 1112 of 2262

All or majority of Tapole's revenue is paid in US$ and whilst the value of this currency continues to fall against the value of the & Euro so to will the value of TAD's SP particularly as ecconomists tend to think the dollar will reach as high as $2 or more to 1!

Re: Microsoft's AppExpress-Powered Streaming Trialware Program - Update 2

Please be advised that Microsoft has today added a second software title,
Microsoft Streets & Trips 2005, to its streaming trialware portal. The
software is being streamed to North American consumers using the AppExpress
streaming technology of Tadpole subsidiary, Endeavors Technology. Please
visit http://www.microsoft.com/streets/try/default.mspx .

Today's development follows Tadpole Technology's announcement of June 17,
2004 that Endeavors had won a streaming software contract from Microsoft.
Microsoft's streaming software program began on November 1, 2004 with
Encarta being the first title available on a try-before-buy basis.

Microsoft is progressively enriching its websites making new versions of
other established software titles available to consumers via AppExpress
streaming. Further updates will be issued as more titles come on-line.

AppExpress Snapshot

AppExpress is the flagship product line of Endeavors Technology. The
trialware delivery version offers software vendors a number of compelling
business benefits. These include piracy protection (software streamed to
customers can be used but not copied and distributed), faster route to
market (new software can be evaluated immediately; potential customers need
no longer wait for CD-ROMs to arrive in the mail), and reduced business
costs (costs generally associated with the marketing and selling of
software, notably distributor display shelfspace and the burning and
shipping CD-ROMs, can be/are eliminated).

AppExpress (trialware version) also offers consumers a number of lifestyle
benefits. These include selective purchase (consumers can have a quality
experience of new software before having to buy it), and immediate
no-install convenience (consumers can evaluate new software without delay
and without installing it onto their hard disks).
Sincerely,

Hugh Paterson

Legins
Don't think you have done your research properly but just to point you in the right direction, the majority of Tadpoles costs are in US $ and as they have not made a profit yet their losses are likely to be reduced because of the strong $ but thanks for pointing everyone in the right direction.

Please be advised that the following Tadpole-Cartesia announcement is being

SHORT TERM COMMENTARY
Watch out for price rallies over 10.6162, since can be interesting levels to enter short in the market.

MEDIUM TERM COMMENTARY
Medium term price trend Tadpole Tech change from bearish to bullish this week. This market keeps a relative behavior lower -20.05 than FTSE 100 INDEX. Volatility has been decreasing during last month. Be alert to the proximity of support 10.25, and a possible rebound from this level.

Indieman - 14 Dec 2004 08:16 - 1117 of 2262

Yuff,

Can you please expand on/explain both the short and medium term commentaries. In particular, what does 'relative behaviour lower -20.05 than FTSE 100 INDEX' mean? It looks like gibberish.

Assuming the commentaries were lifted from Investech, the usual provisos apply. In my own opinion, of course.

kkedw095 - 15 Dec 2004 16:13 - 1118 of 2262

I would say that we are ready for lift off. Seems to have consolidated nicely up to now. Hence we will see positive performance.

Would like to tap into them at a lower price but may have to buy now before the rise.

Its just the comments from Yahoo.

snakey - 18 Dec 2004 20:04 - 1120 of 2262

my own opinion is that this technology is superb and will be well used. It only needs TAD to prove this with income, profit and projected business, which when seen by the city that the numbers stack up,will fly.

eddieshare - 18 Dec 2004 20:40 - 1121 of 2262

Don't have any of this stock.

Would look at the chart. The trend doesn't look that good! Better to go for a good strong up trend. All indications are down. Look again 10 day moving average it's is under the 20 day moving average, candles are best above the 10 DMA.

Kind Regards

Eddie

bighorn - 20 Dec 2004 10:01 - 1122 of 2262

Eddie, that's all fair & well based on historical info, however this stock is delivering an emerging technology and therefore your method of analysis may well miss somethings.

As snakey says this WILL fly ONCE, or IF, the numbers are started to be delivered.

I am fully invested in this stock as I have a belief in the technical content of their product and the fact that it hits many clients hot topics etc.

Time & news will tell !

Are the second two new? I think the "news blitz" will start early in 2005.

Moneylender

i see you are getting flak on the other side.

i rarely post there now as it is full of morons treating it like a kids chat room.

nice to see a bit of movement north today, i must admit that the sudden flurry of big trades yesterday had me a tad worried though.

have just covered my T trade due on 29th Dec. will let it run.

I think a lot of holders are put off by those morons. It is worth a read now and then, just for a laugh, and to see maut and ML wind them up.
The chair and the desk episode was classic anyone would think they hadn't realised one could pay those amounts for office furniture.
There again I suppose in oily's bedsit it will be kitted out in the finest furniture.

ML
Looks like you might be right about next month, no point in releasing good news before the figures are out although we already know a lot of the info thanks to the stream acquisition.
LOL

pachandl - 22 Dec 2004 11:30 - 1126 of 2262

It would be nice to get some real news - the last news "blitz" seemed to fizzle out without any real evidence of s. Anyway, keeping my fingers crossed for 2005.

Moneylender - 22 Dec 2004 18:04 - 1127 of 2262

Yuff, Rod

Its my understanding that the "blitz" is loaded and the gun is cocked, all that remains is the trigger to be pulled in the form of results and the forward statement.
As Keith said, 2004 is all about managing the growth. Well 2005 will be all about managing the profits. We have some mighty fine contracts in place and if you explore one or two links that have been posted we are well on the way to landing 2 or 3 more decent size contracts.
Dont forget EDS, they will be recomending App Express from March onwards, this will undoubtebly bring in more revenue, to add to the MCI, MSFT and Autodesk monies.
Also have a good look at Wyse, they are embedding our technology. They are/were Citrix dealers. At the time of the RNS I thought that they just maybe are ditching Citrix for App express. Having re examined they Wyse site and releases i am convinced that this is the case, more cash coming in!

I could go on and on, but its probably best left to KB who obviously knows much more that my idle thoughts!

Merry Xmas to one and all even Ollie!
And a prosperous 2005, the year of the Tadpole shareholder.
