Hilary, you girls will be independant, some day you could need us!!
Could I have some gateaux please Bunny, I like gateaux :0)
Snoball is having a party, wine at lunchtime is like being on holiday, would a few more 'guests' be noticed?

Golddog - 12 Aug 2004 12:25 - 11298 of 23498

moneyam playing up!

could not even get into moneyam yesterday afternoon and evening. and monitor is buggered for the game.

Big pint of Bods please - hope this post gets posted!

snoball - 12 Aug 2004 12:37 - 11299 of 23498

you're welcome opto if you can make it to Brighton.
I wonder what's happening with MoneyAM. Except for the weekend when they were switched off I haven't had any problems. Mind you I'm not trading so dodgy monitor etc is having minimal effect.

lol, hilary. I like the King Herod analogy.

stockbunny - 12 Aug 2004 12:38 - 11300 of 23498

Oh poor Poochy!! One big glass of Bods coming up,,now sit down and tell
the bunny all about it.........

Thanks Hilary (loved the joke!) I'll get working on that with the charts.

Opto - meant to say to you re:fridge, I was charged 25 for delivery plus
another 15 for them to take the old one away and that was also Comet!!

Snowie - Brighton? No problem just head for the M23 isn't it?
(she says, but bear in mind the bunny doesn't drive!! lol)

snoball - 12 Aug 2004 12:41 - 11301 of 23498

you'd be better off taking your old 'fridge down some country lane and throwing it in the ditch, stockbunny. It would make a nice house in the country for little bunnies.

snoball - 12 Aug 2004 12:41 - 11302 of 23498

Yes, stockbunny. M23 it is.

Golddog - 12 Aug 2004 12:42 - 11303 of 23498

well when i was a lad............

snoball - 12 Aug 2004 12:42 - 11304 of 23498

Blimey! The postman has just arrived!

stockbunny - 12 Aug 2004 12:44 - 11305 of 23498

Steady....Seems a postman in Brighton is a rarity...lol!!
Ah poor Pooch - the strain has pickled his brain, have some more Bods
it will make the world look a lot clearer.....

snoball - 12 Aug 2004 12:46 - 11306 of 23498

........with a letter from Barclaycard offering me even more money.

Golddog - 12 Aug 2004 12:46 - 11307 of 23498

A pickled onion brain, thats the pooch!

Any post for me snowy?

stockbunny - 12 Aug 2004 12:51 - 11308 of 23498

Don't you just love the way they keep on and on trying to throw
money at you these days? Guess we should find out who makes shredders
cos in a few years time with ID fraud concerns, the shares would be worth
a fortune!!!

Oh GD - don't know about the onion bit...I thought putting up with the
Bods was enough really, but just for you I'll ignore it. ;>)

optomistic - 12 Aug 2004 12:58 - 11309 of 23498

Bunny, just checked Comet receipt and delivery charged is 16.95.
15 to take away old one away

stockbunny - 12 Aug 2004 13:11 - 11310 of 23498

Its all a rip off Opto, a big rip off - I tried to get a discount
as at the time I was buying a washer/dryer as well as the fridge/freez.
but they wouldn't have it and I can be a mean haggler :>)

Golddog - 12 Aug 2004 13:13 - 11311 of 23498

Bunny, It's naughty to ask but may i have rabbit pie and chips for lunch?
:-)

jeffmack - 12 Aug 2004 13:14 - 11312 of 23498

Nice chap that King Herod. Back from lunch, last time I saw the news the M23 was blocked, so suggest you avoid Brighton today.

jeffmack - 12 Aug 2004 13:16 - 11313 of 23498

Have a go at this and post your Broadband speed. It seems to vary a lot even for people with same ISP and set up.
I use Pipex and wireless modem and my speeds were 459 downstream, 250 upstream.

Broadband Speed Test

stockbunny - 12 Aug 2004 13:17 - 11314 of 23498

Now then Poochy - what a suggestion!! - is it the sun or the Bods
or even the pickled onions that have rendered you into this state
this lunchtime....No choice will have to pop you into an
ice-bucket for 1/2 an hour...No don't struggle, it's for your own good!
Rabbit pie indeed......;>) LOL

stockbunny - 12 Aug 2004 13:18 - 11315 of 23498

Ah but it's not blocked if you use bunny-tunnels that run either side
of the road...ah got you there JM!

optomistic - 12 Aug 2004 13:20 - 11316 of 23498

Bunny. I wonder if its the 'Bargain' area that I live in, there was a 30 reduction on the fridge, linked to NPower, if they could imobilise the old appliance, I thought that would be to de gas it but no just to cut off the plug and remove the door seal. Crazy but I took the discount. What the benefit is to to NPower I do not know!
