I see maut has given dreamer and oilt a right royal runaround today and wound them up like cuckoo clocks.
As usual Dreamer avoided superrod's question on ETQ and its no wonder he did!

pachandl - 01 Jan 2005 14:30 - 1131 of 2262

I would have thought that Maut's assertion that he was making money on Tad, when he had already admitted that he bought at 11.25p, does not constitute a "runaround" - not in my books anyway!

Happy New Year to all - is it too much to hope that Tad management finally do something right?

superrod - 03 Jan 2005 12:19 - 1132 of 2262

dreamer is a disappointment to me. i have been in contact with him for 5 years and he has been ok apart from his vendetta. cant for the life of me see what makes him/oldolie/etc different from ainsoph/maut too.they pump and dump and if anyone cant read a bb with a bit of nous they deserve the shafting they will surely get if they take any notice.

happy new year to all

pachandl - 03 Jan 2005 18:12 - 1133 of 2262

I could not agree more SR.

yuff - 04 Jan 2005 09:10 - 1134 of 2262

SR
Have to admit most of the time when dreamer isn't feuding he seems ok although oily on the other hand just takes it to a different level and obviously has nothing better to do.
Meanwhile the buyers are back in tad hoping for another January like last year.

Well it looks like we have "lost" the real father of the internet.

Greg Bolcer, it is rumoured has left ETI on amicable terms.
Greg, who in my mind was a hinge pin for ETI, he was without doubt a
leading figure of the Webb, helped to develope Apache servers and search engines, he will have an enormous ammount of support and only time will tell
if he has the desire and funds to mount a bid for the whole of Tadpole.
Its my opinion that there has been a power struggle inside TAD, at least now it is out in the open.

Results, Contracts, new products and now maybe a hostile take over!!
Makes for very interesting times ahead, the next 4/5 weeks are going to be wild.

Greetings to you Moneylender and all TAD holders.
I am looking for a breakout to the upside, looking at the charts.
But is there any reason why we could expect some fireworks in the short term.

Any comments... welcome.

Regards
Amar

Moneylender - 05 Jan 2005 18:29 - 1137 of 2262

Amardev

Short term we have the finals due any day now. In addition we have several
contracts with the likes of Microsoft, Autodesk, MCI, Volvo and Wyse. All of these contracts are revenue generators. These deals have been in place a little while but are dependant on the number of downloads to generate a return for us.
We have a profitable division in Cartesia, who are making serious inroads in
the USA as well as customers like Ordnance Survey in this country.

We have a new accuisition in the form of Stream Theory, who delivers games on demand and have recently gained a contract with Softbank of Japan. This deal is worth $9M and there are plenty more where that came from.

All in all I think the blue touch paper has been lit. So now the fireworks can begin with the chairmans statement due in the next few days.

2005 will be a good year for TAD dare I say it and profitable as well.

Hello ladies, what's going to happen to Tadpole then, was the stress getting to Bigbsy

welshrugby - 06 Jan 2005 00:54 - 1139 of 2262

WHo cares, I reckon we will be taken out by Softbank later this year anyhow, maybe achieve 40p

bighorn - 06 Jan 2005 09:34 - 1140 of 2262

40p would be very nice, but also very cheap for the potential that we have.

Lets just wait & see, over the 5 years that I have held the only thing that I know is to not to be suprised by anything !!!

kkedw095 - 06 Jan 2005 10:14 - 1141 of 2262

I think the possibilities are enormous here, and this share price would be a lot lot higher if it wasn't for Tadpoles past record of dissapointments. Hence my staunch allegiance.

mackem - 07 Jan 2005 18:16 - 1142 of 2262

That Advfn Tad thread sure is a better place when maut too is not posting.

Moneylender - 07 Jan 2005 19:38 - 1143 of 2262

Its a better place when Ollie and aliases are not posting.
Why did you come over here to say that?

yuff - 08 Jan 2005 17:53 - 1144 of 2262

I think we both know who mackem is, how anyone can even consider maut and ollie in the same sentence is a disgrace to maut, who at least sticks to the share in question, whilst ollie occasionally can be humorous his foul mouth lets him down repeatedly.

pachandl - 09 Jan 2005 12:41 - 1145 of 2262

The Tad thread on Advfn has become a complete joke, full stop.

superrod - 09 Jan 2005 22:40 - 1146 of 2262

pachandl

whilst i agree with you, as an investor and bb reader/contributor of 5 years standing, i am of the opinion that all is not what it seems.
i used to poo poo the " ramping/deramping" shit that appears every day on every thread. now i am even MORE WARY of anything i read on a bb.

mackem - 10 Jan 2005 12:00 - 1147 of 2262

"his foul mouth lets him down repeatedly"

You must be talking about maut too then yuff?

Moneylender - 10 Jan 2005 14:19 - 1148 of 2262
