MELDEX. Double your money- quicktime. (MDX)

kitosdad - 12 Dec 2007 16:20

The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

I missed the original rise but caught a few subsequent ones.

Actually Dil has been pretty well spot on with his notes on BPRG/Meldex. Even if his way of expression is a little blunt at times. Still we really are in interesting times with this stock now and it will be interesting to see how it all pans out. For sure the company has been completely transformed over the last 12 months or so, and we all need to see +ve Cash Flow turning into reported profits to feel justified in retention of the stock for so long.

Announcment on Monday??

greedybas - 20 Jan 2008 18:45 - 122 of 8631

So how much is the bid going to be then?

I'll go for around 2 based on the fact of nc current fair value 1.46 and bit more for the trading update and premium for future earnings.

Wishbone - 20 Jan 2008 21:39 - 123 of 8631

Interestingly there were 2 large buys that did not show up until late on Friday. That is 2 x 1,056,080 so it may be wise to be on the ball first thing Monday morning. As for the price, I wouldn't hazard a guess. However, the volume and timing of the buys gives food for thought.

Can anyone explain the significance of the repetative trades of 6250 shares ....please!

Dil - 21 Jan 2008 13:15 - 125 of 8631

Automated robot trades at a set price ?

ACG announces potential bid does not materialise. Is MDX next?

Dil - 22 Jan 2008 10:07 - 127 of 8631

greedy .... 120p max if it materialises

scotinvestor - 22 Jan 2008 10:56 - 128 of 8631

it was 94p just a few weeks ago

Dil - 22 Jan 2008 11:44 - 129 of 8631

Yeah but it didn't stay there long did it ?

It was 54p the day the announcement was made which means a bid of 120p would represent a 120% premium ... thats pushing it a bit in my books.

greedybas - 22 Jan 2008 11:56 - 130 of 8631

Thanks Dil
After today's downs and ups anything seems possible.

I would think that it would be at least 150 although I still stick with my 2 guestimate

greedybas - 22 Jan 2008 13:19 - 131 of 8631

Up 6% on this rollercoaster day is there news leaking of the takeover ??

scotinvestor - 22 Jan 2008 13:31 - 132 of 8631

it was 63p when announcement was made though and that made it 75p within seconds.

and that didnt stay long either!!

Dil - 22 Jan 2008 14:03 - 133 of 8631

It started the day at 54p and by lunchtime news had leaked out and thats why it had risen. It would have been near as damn it 54p when the approach was made (as it had been for several days prior).

I hope you all get a fiver .... but don't hold your breath.
