Referendum : to be in Europe or not to be ?, that is the question ! (REF)

required field - 03 Feb 2016 10:00

Thought I'd start a new thread as this is going to be a major talking point this year...have not made up my mind yet...(unlike bucksfizz)....but thinking of voting for an exit as Europe is not doing Britain any good at all it seems....

required field - 17 Feb 2019 19:09 - 12560 of 12628

The smallest pad in Monaco costs a fortune.....as long as it's legal ; you can't blame him....we are overtaxed in the UK….. and lately the French have had terrible rises in taxes which they are not used to ; unrest in Paris all the time every weekend....nothing to do with gilets jaunes (fuel rises)…..agitators causing serious trouble now....

Martini - 17 Feb 2019 19:14 - 12561 of 12628

Yes where will JM&JC get the raised tax’s on the rich from if they have all buggered off. Love the Social scrounging bit sounds like the are claiming benefits they are not entitled to. Put em up against the wall and shoot them come the revolution eh Stan?

required field - 17 Feb 2019 19:19 - 12562 of 12628

The reality is : if you overtax the super-rich who employ tens of thousands of workers : you just end up with creating tax havens like Monaco ; the UK must encourage these people who are phenomenal workers themselves to remain here....

Dil - 17 Feb 2019 19:46 - 12563 of 12628

M , did you see the clown McDonell on Andrew Marr saying he hopes he stayed and paid his 4 million tax a year under a Labour government so it would benefit the citizens of the U.K. ?

Uck me , if that lot got in it would be a helluva lot more than 4 million he would have to pay.

Martini - 17 Feb 2019 19:56 - 12564 of 12628

Yes I did Dil and did you notice that Andrew Marr let him get way with it.. Not that he is biased or anything after all he is part of the BBC

Dil - 17 Feb 2019 20:09 - 12565 of 12628

Wasn't just me then , I thought Marr let him get away with murder including his explanation of the treatment of one of his own MPs from Liverpool who stood up against their racism against Jews.

Stan - 17 Feb 2019 23:37 - 12566 of 12628

It’s all right because it’s legal to scrounge RF? and can’t blame him?..oh nearly forgot overtaxed in the UK?...so you don’t care that someone who is scrounging off of us all and is well able to pay taxes has done a runner?

Stan - 17 Feb 2019 23:46 - 12567 of 12628

RF,M and Dil you lot really do post some tripe don’t you, the super rich will leave if we over tax them? Not true they have Been scrounging whatever the tax rates are, and as for leaving the UK I will gladly run them to the Airport.

And as for crying over a perceived bias from the BBC well that just about takes the biscuit.

Martini - 18 Feb 2019 11:19 - 12568 of 12628

Stan whilst you are running a few billionaires to the airport could you fit in 7 labour MPs as well?

Fred1new - 18 Feb 2019 11:31 - 12569 of 12628

I would think it would be more suitable for them to go to the No 10 bunker ready for the next cabinet meeting after the next con artist resignations.

How many resignations has Cruella had up to now?

Martini - 18 Feb 2019 11:46 - 12570 of 12628

Less than jezza

Martini - 18 Feb 2019 12:01 - 12571 of 12628

Let’s see jezza circa 100 front bench lost and now 7 left the party altogether. God knows what he will do if the delectable Diane Abbott refuses to be whipped as well!

Stan - 18 Feb 2019 12:50 - 12572 of 12628

M obviously broadly agrees with my points made in post 12566, Thank you so much.

Dil - 18 Feb 2019 13:10 - 12573 of 12628

Oh dear , Labour falling apart .... again.

You going with them Stan after all they are all second referendum remoaners.

Clocktower - 18 Feb 2019 13:58 - 12574 of 12628

Dil at least the loonie left will be weak at the knees and will soon crumble into the party of yesterday.

Where will Fred and Co now park?

Stan - 18 Feb 2019 14:24 - 12575 of 12628

You raving Con artists/Outsiders get it wrong yet again on so many levels, concentrate on your own incompetent/corrupt and useless Government/Party before commenting on others..next ✌🏿😄

Fred1new - 18 Feb 2019 15:29 - 12576 of 12628

Those must be the reason for the neo-cons and May's obvious confidence.

Or, perhaps she and her camp followers are deluded.

iturama - 18 Feb 2019 16:03 - 12577 of 12628

Stay in tune you two.

Clocktower - 18 Feb 2019 16:24 - 12578 of 12628

Luciana Berger, Chuka Umunna, Gavin Shuker, Angela Smith, Chris Leslie, Mike Gapes, Ann Coffey resigned the Labour whip and formed a Parliamentary coalition called ‘The Independent Group.

This new party will soon be larger than the Libs.

Before long JC and his Hezbooal friends might be all that is left of the Left Wing Labour Party,

Stan - 18 Feb 2019 16:26 - 12579 of 12628
