We have just about broken the resistance at 0.35 pence....not fully yet. They think the price will rise to 1.42 pence or more once we do. Stranger things have happened so even computer analysis shouldn't be ignored.

Neutral (Medium term) - Oct 10, 2005 Analysis Explanation
Has broken through the ceiling of a falling trend channel. This indicates a slower falling rate initially, or the start of a more horizontal development. Has given positive signal from a inverse head and shoulders formation by a break up through the resistance at 0.22. Further rise to 1.42 or more is signaled. The stock has support at p 0.10 and resistance at p 0.35. The poor liquidity of the stock (traded 45% of the days, mean 0.04 mill per day) may weaken the analysis. The stock is overall assessed as technically neutral for the medium long term.

50,000 buy comes through at 0.39 pence from an hour ago...suppose that was the quantity one could buy through their broker and nothing more.

SueHelen - 25 Oct 2005 14:35 - 128 of 1904

0.30-0.40 pence...little treeshake...will be interesting to see later. Still expecting some delayed buys to come through at 14.54 pence for the last couple of tick ups.

SueHelen - 25 Oct 2005 14:37 - 129 of 1904

Offer ticking down to 0.40 pence is no good if you can't buy more than a paltry 75,000 shares at 0.40.

Level 2: 1 v 1.

KBC alone on the bid and WINS alone on the offer.

Not seen it being 1 v 1 before....so just maybe KBC may have an order on their books to fill.

75,000 buy comes through at 0.39 pence from an hour ago...

SueHelen - 25 Oct 2005 14:52 - 131 of 1904

Another 75,000 buy which was the online max buy limit also comes through at 0.39 pence.

SueHelen - 25 Oct 2005 15:32 - 132 of 1904

A 500,000 sell at 0.33 pence bought the offer back to 0.40 pence....they might just regret it whoever it was as it is vitu impossible to buy that many even at 0.40 pence.

SueHelen - 25 Oct 2005 15:33 - 133 of 1904

2 sells....a 250,000 sell at 0.31 pence has also come through from an hour ago....so sells much greater now than buys today and yet the price is comfortably up...bodes well.

SueHelen - 25 Oct 2005 15:34 - 134 of 1904

Today:

Buys = 400,000
Sells = 750,000

Online quote is 0.31(300k) - 0.39(75k)...looks like majority of todays gain to be held.

New Investtech Update from Yesterday:

di.php?CompanyID=44102694&src=uk_lse%2Fcdi.php?CompanyID=44102694&src=uk_lse%2Fcarrow_yellow.gifNeutral (Medium term) - Oct 24, 2005

Has broken through the ceiling of a falling trend channel. This indicates a slower falling rate initially, or the start of a more horizontal development. Has given positive signal from a inverse head and shoulders formation by a break up through the resistance at 0.22. Further rise to 1.42 or more is signaled. The stock is testing the resistance at p 0.35. This should give a negative reaction, but an upward breakthough of p 0.35 means a positive signal. The poor liquidity of the the stock (traded 64% of the days, mean 0.09 mill per day) may weaken the analysis. The stock is overall assessed as technically neutral for the medium long term.

News Pending-

Thanks to another poster on another site:

I'm just waiting to get my teeth into some positive news. I'd estimate the following:

a) Level of cash raised confirmed within the next week or week after. between 300 - 600k
b) Target company announced along with financing option November
c) EGM set to agree take-over/injection December
d) Aquisition completed - January

Aquisition target? diamond/gold mine (imo of course)

Though I'd be happy with an Osterich farm as long as it was making a tidy profit.

Good buy for 300,000 shares at 0.40 pence has come through from an hour ago...

Level 2 still at 1 v 1.

Found this (back in December 2003):

Name Number of shares %

Brian Moritz 9,917,467 7.24

Halewood International Futures Limited 30,000,000 21.89 (Not sure if HIF still have their holding)

Plus Hoodless has 100,000 invested at 0.50 pence.

Contacts:
Brian Moritz, Chairman - 0870 991 2367

I know for sure Brian Moritz average is well over 1.00 pence.

SueHelen - 26 Oct 2005 13:21 - 143 of 1904

Factors:

There is possibly a more favourable confluence of factors now than since flotation.

In addition to the above awaited news, we have an increase in interest in the stock based on recent market price action and steadily increasing volumes.

At this time of the year, any large cap share weakness can focus interest on a few small companies and special situations which buck the trend.

There is sufficient remaining scepticism based on past disappointments to restrain rampant bullishness ahead of any news.

The relative lack of debt adds a considerable safety net.

SueHelen - 26 Oct 2005 18:16 - 144 of 1904

Another good buy for 300,000 shares came through at 0.50 pence from 16.30 hrs at 17.30 hrs.

MMs charged someone 0.50 pence on the price which is a 0.10 premium to the displayed 0.40 pence offer price for 300,000 shares. Seems DMR will be well above 0.50 pence in the near future.

SueHelen - 26 Oct 2005 18:20 - 145 of 1904

By the way I said yesterday that it was the first time we had 1 v 1 on Level 2...and surprise surprise we had a 300,000 buy filled at 0.40 pence today by KBC and a 300,000 buy at 0.50 pence filled again by KBC.

WINS displaying 0.40 pence on the offer for most of today was a spoof...they did not have any stock to sell at 0.40 pence.

With the way the the second 300,000 buy was filled at 0.50 pence....the MMs do not have any stock to sell at 0.45 pence as well.

The price should be over 0.50 pence in the next day or so.
