If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Probably not a bug but ...
I want to add INDU to a stockwatch screen but I get "The following stocks were not recognised, or are not available live on your current subscription level: INDU"
I know INDU isnt a stock but this works OK for UKX which also isnt a stock.

Spaceman - unfortunately, we do not carry this at the moment - hence the error message you are getting.

Spaceman, for what it's worth you can draw a streaming chart of INDU,

Thanks Felix so why cant it go in a stockwatch then?

In brief it's forced on us because of the LSE and their distinction between
"raw data" (i.e. numerical streaming prices) and "derived data" i.e. a graph.

Is it just me or has something happenend to the width settings of some threads? I am finding that some threads are wider than others for example ruths 'FTSE /DOW DIVERGENCE TRADE, or pairs trades in general' this thread doesnt fold to the same width as for example the traders thread.

Spaceman - this usually happens when someone has copied a chart or image of some kind into a posting therefore making its width larger.
EDIT - yes just looked at the thread and as you will see Ruth has posted a large chart which is what is making it wider.

:-)
"Thge outages you have been experiencing are being investigated by Jonathan and we are confident that these will be eradicated."
translated:
"JT has been away on bl..dy hols and it went down the tubes. He's got till Monday morning to get it hunky dory again".
(forgot the "or else" bit)
