Another 3 promotion pts.-): at Derby as usual (we never loose at Derby) for Burnley and a good day out to boot. Can the boy Austin keep it up, who knows? Playing at his old club Swindon on Tue.in the LC. so could be interesting.
As for the 4-5-1 against 5-3-2 argument, 1 up front only works if the 5 push up to support the 1 which doesn't happen at Burnley (even with Austin being the 1) and doesn't sound as though it does at Cardiff either. If the 5 are good and the tactics right then that might be a different matter.

No...Stan...the odds are better except for Barca where I find it impossible to put a bet on unless they don't score for 70 minutes or so and then you take a risk....so far this season I'm doing a little better than last....hope the trend continues...

Oh good RF, nice to see an improvement, I agree about the odds in this country where say the championship are concerned. Very poor individual odds unless you go for doubles or trebles.. thats why I rarely put a bet on these days.

Well Done to Leeds tonight, better team deserved the win. Have to question the logic of Moyes making six changes, paid the price Everton were awful.

The major LC. shock of course is Swindon's 3-1 win over Burnley -):
No argument Swindon were well worth their win, a very quick and tenacious performance by them, But not helped by Burnley making 4 changes from Saturday's win at Derby! Come on Eddie?.. it's one of 3 major Cups to go for.. Anyway, what is it about Roundabouts and Swindon?.. More soding Roundabouts then Roads! -):

Small beer where Terry is concerned, with the usual pathetic slap on the wrist nonsense.

Probably Fred, but if not I'm sure that the FA will find a way to enforce it.
Skinny..I thank you -):

In the distant past I can remember Terry's "comments" being made in banter in many changing rooms, without all the eye lid flutter.
Didn't like it at the time, but Terry and his mates are supposed to be adults and should be able to tolerate it.
-----------
Mitchell, it seems to me, because of his position was far more intentionally "offensive" than a pleb.
