For the last two days we have see the price go down a bit but this is a volatile stock so it's to be expected. over all Blr is in an up would trend & i wouldn't be surprised to see it recover a bit back before the end of the day.

Dr Square - 07 Oct 2005 15:38 - 138 of 1049

From t1ps.com
Black Rock - Finals
26 November 2005 (21:02:58)
Black Rock (BLR) on Thursday announced its final results for the 12 months ended 30th June 2005. There has been a lot of activity since the year end, and the numbers, to an extent, do not matter in the same way that the proven and probable reserves of oil do. However, for the 12 month period reported the company did not have any turnover as there was no production, and recorded a loss on activities before and after tax of 1,464,305. More importantly cash at the year end stood at 773,175. It will clearly be lower now. Now, whilst I have stated that I don't believe a fundraising is imminent, I suspect that over the next few months we will see cash raised to strengthen the balance sheet. The company stated that it has a net recoverable reserve potential of over 30 million barrels of oil equivalent, the majority coming from its JV acreage in Colombia. The shares trade at 1.75p, valuing the company at 5.4 million. Any success at all in Colombia could see a dramatic re-rating. In the UK and Eire there seems to be little progress to report but I understand that Ivan Burgess is working hard on some deals. The point is that this lowly valuation discounts failure everywhere and thus, at 1.75p, Black Rock shares remain a "speculative buy".

Dr Square - 06 Jan 2006 21:25 - 146 of 1049

Not good.

Until the market get a reason they will think the worst. He was non ececutive Finance director after all in a company that is planning to raise 3 million this year and to date has no income.

Against that he also has at least 20 other executive posts. keeping his finger on the pulse then of BLR?

Red come Monday getting used to this. IMHO
