Probably Fred, but if not I'm sure that the FA will find a way to enforce it.
Skinny..I thank you -):

I think its "in force" - it just needs to be enforced! :-)

In the distant past I can remember Terry's "comments" being made in banter in many changing rooms, without all the eye lid flutter.
Didn't like it at the time, but Terry and his mates are supposed to be adults and should be able to tolerate it.
-----------
Mitchell, it seems to me, because of his position was far more intentionally "offensive" than a pleb.

glad you all have so much more insight than a british court of law
Farcical imo, and I hope JT takes it to appeal

Well thank you for the complements, and he can appeal all he likes but that doesn't alter the fact that he's one nasty piece of work.

that wasn't the charge, but if it makes you feel connected with the rest of the PC brigade then good for you

I find it a shame that british soccer is all talk about JT in a heated moment having a nasty go at another player.....I prefer to talk about the football itself.....

Plenty of other football news about RF, just ignore what does not interest you like the rest of us. By the way do you support any particular Club or are you just a general football fan?

Detesting should be reserved for - abuse by too many fans - abuse of the referee - players using facebook and twittering (well named) - and waste of time hearings that JT has been through. I could go on about "diving" and Managers backing players who receive a well deserved red card. Pulling shirts and hugging in the box is disgraceful and not picked up by the Refs to punish these millionaire cheats.
Such abuse as JT may well have given happens in nearly every match in the Premiership of this I have no doubt.
If only we could return to the days when players earned a living wage (some even had part time jobs elsewhere) and fans supported the beautiful game (no booing etc in those days)
Looking forward to the game tonight when Chelsea hopefully will let off as much steam as me !!

Seconded but no need to look further than Chelsea for diving champions !
