Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).

jimmy, i know what you mean. it's one of lifes few free pleasures, getting a sneaky peek down a bird's top!!!! oooooooo!!!! suit's you, sir!!!!! and with the gear these young ladies of today are wearing it ain't half easy. oh i wish i was 18 again!!!

having five mins. done the tiling, grouting, sparky has just been and done the lights, put my speakers up, done the painting and now ready to fix the stairs. can't wait to get back to work!!! this holiday is killing me!!!

hiya pete. poker is getting better. i am still in the play for fun rooms but i am building a very nice stack of fake moeny!!!!! basically i am winning more than i am losing but i still make daft calls with crap hands. once that is eradicated i will go back to playing for real money. sounds like you're doing good , though.

I dont play the crap hands. If there isn't a chance of a flush, straight or holding at least a picture card, I fold. Trying to manage the risk and the odds. You're always going to get stuffed now and again by a better hand, but playing the rubbish just slowly erodes your capital. But fortunately, there are always those out there who do. Generally have an idea of what losses I am willing to take and the same with profits. I tend to find that if the cards are crap they tend to stay that way and chances are if you get into good profit it may well disappear if you play for too long. If I've won a few bob (50%+) I am happy and give it a rest. Good luck with your skill building.

I usually manage to make a few quid playing my 5 year old son at snap. His reflexes just aren't what they should be.

lol hewitt...i do the same with my 6 and 4 year old. they get upset that i don't let them win but my view is that its a tough life, get used to it. i tried teaching my eight month old but he chewed the cards and i am sure marked them in some way....
