Alan - thats True - did not think of that.

Apologies Bling - you carry on mate - but remember whatever you post - I will probably do the opposite.

PS just bought some seo at 15

blinger - 17 Jan 2006 20:40 - 14213 of 27111

bhunt- if looking for the truth is "trying to be clever" (pretty juvenile cliche), I stand guilty, repeating unsubstantiated drivel is as bad as making it up- unless of course the post is substantiated. Then I shall owe the original poster an apology, not you whowever ,who merely repeated a piece of dogma which suited your ramping.

Hewitalan , you are a sad case- look at the share price dearie!!!!

As for the rest of the rampers` rubbish posted tonight- geddoutahere!!!!!!

DOWN AGAIN!!!!!!!

bhunt1910 - 17 Jan 2006 20:44 - 14214 of 27111

Another version of events from yesterdays cc from a "respected poster" on ADVFM

schull69 - 17 Jan'06 - 18:41 - 11865 of 11904

All:I'm just back from the cc where there was one other BPRG friend and the loner I mentioned this morning .I was introduced to him and he said he is neither gmanhi nor courtreporter but he did relay news to the latter and will be upset if he has been misreported.

I only attended the pm session because I hoped that Baldwin would be on but Miller was presenting until the close at 4.20.I can't be drawn on points of law nor on the technicalities of rf welding so what follows are my own subjective views and really just to give a flavour of the court.

I believe that Miller was given a hard time by the judges.

Ward to Miller:"Your submission doesn't make sense to me."

Ward to Miller when Miller was making his case for estoppal:"Mr miller I've spent all weekend reading these papers and I've just been teaching students at Greys Inn about advocacy and I said to them that if you have got good points get them in quick and if you've got a bum point drop it.".....Miller saed he was dropping his estoppal.(lawyers here can elucidate from this but it seemed to me one hell of a putdown.)

Wilson to Miller requesting clarification:"Mr Baldwin hasn't made this point so it's probably not a good one but....."

Ward to Miller:"...there's an Alice in Wonderland quality to all this..."

These are out of context and these judges and barristers all know each other so my feeling that Miller was given a rough ride may be wrong and maybe a lawyer on the board could give a view about how fellow professionals treat each other in court.

Towards the end there was comment about damages between Miller and the judges and he did say:"Damages will be substantial so we will have to fight them every inch of the way..and they will do the same."This leads me to think that this is going to the wire.Baldwin is on tomorrow and the court resumes at 10.30.

Last bit:RT was present from 2.30 and we had the briefest of words with him by the lifts and he was courteous and friendly and is far too professional to give a juicey soundbite but he did reaffirm that it his "job to safeguard shareholders assets."

Please take account that these are my own views and are intended to give heart in these frustrating times...and my take on the selling this afternoon was that it was a concerted sell by SEO people to put the wind up us..look how pond life came on after 2.30....chins up chaps! All the best.

bhunt1910 - 17 Jan 2006 20:45 - 14215 of 27111

I see both BPRG and SEO both down - this cc is not doing either company any favours. The sooner it is over - the better - then both companies can get on with doing what they do best

blinger - 17 Jan 2006 20:48 - 14216 of 27111

When I look at todays 'volume' it tells me that the vast majority of shareholders are not selling! Some folks do make silly comments!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
----------------------

Well patently "the vast majority" aren`t selling today or the share price would be 1p, however more level minded and scrutinous investors may notice that twice as many sold as bought,

where do they find these people to ramp- Rampton???

bhunt1910 - 17 Jan 2006 20:50 - 14217 of 27111

Hi bling - dont think I have ever ramped this share - yes I awn shares in SEO - as I also do in BPRG and another of other companies. I try to pass on information which may have value and appears to be supported by fact. My commentaaries on the cc were only pasted after at least 2 others had said that it seemed a reasonable summary of what was said. I am sorry if that does not suit your purposes as you clearly are a de ramper.

If you dont like it - I suggest you filter me - as I am about to filter you so that we do not have these inane and time wasting exchanges

blinger - 17 Jan 2006 20:51 - 14218 of 27111

a "respected poster" on ADVFM
-----------------

ROTFLMFACB&HO @ the New Years best oxymoron, this thread mellows like horse manure- good for the rhubarb!!!!!!!!

blinger - 17 Jan 2006 20:53 - 14219 of 27111

bhunt- I really don`t give tinkers cuss what you do, well apart from abhoring your spelling, filter away.

ps I keep telling you "de-ramp" in your usage is a non-word, it merely means someone who gets rid of ramps, e.g de-louse, de-oxygenate, de-fenestrate, etc.,
not a person who "shorts",

dear oh dear , they get worse.

explosive - 17 Jan 2006 21:11 - 14220 of 27111

Bling - I think you've made your point now and aren't going to convince anyone whos still holding to sell... You never did answer my question weeks ago reference why you even bother to post here... Are you linked to Watchdog or something and feel the need to warn unsuspected investors of the danger of buying shares? Maybe you lost a mint and now feel its your moral duty to protect others from the bullshit posted on all bulitin boards...

Shamona - Agree, earlier references to the CC are purely fictional

shamona - 17 Jan 2006 21:12 - 14221 of 27111

Not been a regular on this thread for a while and don't hold so am impartial.

Who is this child blinger and why do some of you reply to him?

He's clearly a young chap still learning the ropes and as everyone knows it's easier to be ignorant than constructive, give him time though and he'll grow through this phase. Whilst waiting for this to occur i'd point out that engaging him in conversation will only make him come back, his childish ilk normally fade away when ignored; bit like a small baby crying really.

ps Didn't I tell you courtreporter was a fake? Confirmed tonight on another thread.

All the best to the grown ups.

shamona - 17 Jan 2006 21:15 - 14222 of 27111

explosive

Quite a co-incidence that our posts crossed!

Tomorrow in court should be interesting, the judges say they hope to be finished by close of play.

explosive - 17 Jan 2006 21:35 - 14223 of 27111

Shamona - Court report was confirmed tonight, by who, what website? Evidence please.....

I'm sure the judges hope to be finished by close of play tomorrow, shame neither company holds the same sentiments.

kimoldfield - 18 Jan 2006 00:23 - 14224 of 27111

A clear indication of where food packaging is headed (we already knew that!); perhaps some real rivalry for SEO too, but at least they get a mention.

hewittalan6 - 18 Jan 2006 08:53 - 14225 of 27111

Of course, all this twaddle about the court saying this that and the other means nothing.
If any of you overhear the judge, on his mobile to his broker arranging a huge purchase or short on SEO / BPRG, I'll be interested. Till then its idle speculation.
Alan

blinger - 18 Jan 2006 09:25 - 14226 of 27111

"Lost a mint"- lol.
No I am short this dog, and keen to ensure that the BS put out by lying rampers doesn`t push the price up, its called being honest with ones` investment.

ps why do you post here exy`, not to ramp surely?, or are you short too?, surely not?, then you must be long, I think in reverse to you, its quite simple, millions do it, including market-makers.
Down again I see, nice one

blinger - 18 Jan 2006 09:26 - 14227 of 27111

Shamona dearie, I have been posting on bb`s since they started, do grow up.
Why would a person post here, without a holding and criticising someone who is short,ah yes I recognise the style from AFN, he always seems to bring children into
his hate messages, I think we see the problem

driver - 18 Jan 2006 15:44 - 14228 of 27111

Plenty of buyers today

greekman - 18 Jan 2006 16:23 - 14229 of 27111

Shamona,
Fully agree re Blinger. I like many have him/her filtered, but the problem as you rightly state is that many posters reply to the posts.
