Just spoke to a contact who was in court and the bad news for Stanelco holders is Bioprogress appear to be walking it, Stanelco have offered on numerous occasions to debate an ocs but Bioprogress are not interested.
Case should close at around lunchtime tomorrow.

Bling - I'm no shorter however have started to look at this and may have a go soon (thats your doing I'll admit it). As for a ramper I'm sure you know the answer to that one. I am long, however wouldn't say opposite to you as we sometimes agree..... Waiting for the fall back to around 12p to buy back in then will go long again....

Markets hate uncertaintey, only 3 pi's were in court as well so it's hardly going to cause a big stir.
fwiw I think BPRG will end tomorrow well up as any risk now dwindles away, SEO on the other hand will now have the daunting prospect of massive damages to Bioprogress and the threat of a Cardinal lawsuit to follow; aimo.

I still don't believe you're older than 20, certainly not mature enough to be any older anyway.
I'd bet my last quid you live at home with mummy and have no friends in the real world, some day it will hit you like a beacon at how silly you're coming across and you'll grow up overnight.
I think I used to be like you actually when I first started out.

blinger ( aka oldolie ), may be a pain in the arse to many here.......he was to me in days gone past.
i have learned to ignore his sledgehammer wit and appreciate now that he really does know what hes talking about. ( some of the time anyway ).
i have no positon in SEO at present, seems FAR too risky.

It wouldn't matter to me if he was the biggest stock picking genius to ever hit the markets, common courtesy and good manners towards ones fellow investors should always mean much more than anything else.
Karma to all.

you appear to have an unhealthy desire to see people as `yoofs`- get it seen too.You also display the sad, sad trademark of the pathetic oafs who , without any holding in a share appear on threads and pick on someone who has.
I pity you , really I do, now be sensible, gather up that brain-cell and SHORT SEO
ps I am long BPRG,
what a prat.

Aye BPRG are in for some dosh from SEO alright, some people can`t quit when they are ahead- but those two 2m deals look suspiciously like a slightly delayed reported roll-over, still even so they are sticking with it

The 2 million buy was a rollover. It was reported twicw in a few minutes at slightly differing prices.
Could equally be a rolled over short.
Once again it tells us nothing.

No buys near this size recently, not a rollover!
The price movement now backs this up, these were buys.

I beg to differ Sham,
The deals were 0951, 2 million at 53p (buy)
and
0957, 2 million @ 52.89p (buy)
Either its a rollover or the 1st 2 million were bought for more than the second 2 million.
That doesn't make a lot of sense.
Either a rollover or 4 million bought. Take your pick.
