Oh dear seems that tomy isn`t relaxed about SEO any more then?
Its all supposition dearie, and you walked straight into your own little trap full of love of the share i.e. "This situation has not altered to this day (although this may change in the coming hours)", indeed it might change, that is the whole point, and the accounts aren`t out yet, see the problem?
As to the rest of your pompose patronising post ( no change on that one), I have read the last accounts, they certainly were NOT gleened from a ramping web site published by a loonie (banned from all bb`s with sense)who said the share price would be 50, what a silly boy?
I am at the moment short SEO, oh and your use of the non-word "deramp" reveals the paucity of your knowlege of sophisticated investment, as to " scaremongering", read the post again with open eyes, a settlement would help BOTH companies.
Relax Tony, relax.

The most interesting part of the SEO/BPRG ( to me anyway) is the mood swings between the two shares exhibited by punters, an opportunity which one could almost classify as an "arbitrage" situation between the two.
As BPRG gains cudos SEO often falls and vice versa, nipping in and out short or long, on both at once is good fun, the court case rumours only help this.
Hence at the moment I am long BPRG short SEO, it may well change as the court case unfolds.
Hey but what do I know, reasearch must be left to the " in crowd".
lol!!!!

Johnny the Fox,
All I can think of is that there are a lot of shares available, hence the sp staying on a low to last closing price. The buy/sell orders are almost level so that does not help much to see which way this is heading. There were several automatic buy's @ 14p then a slow down, so the buyers are out there but not it appears fancying at 14.25p.
L2 is looking like it will head a bit further down, but last time it looked similar it went up. So that's about as helpfull and as clear as mud.

Cheers for that. A lot of buys today. Some folks seem very confident. We shall see. Perhaps some news re cc is due?

driver, hi.
Agree, trade seems a bit too brisk considering there has been no news. Perhaps there will be something later. Am hoping common sense prevails or the whole cc could roll on & on for years. Of no benefit to either party.
3.9m buys v 675ksells hmm!

The MM's are not that interested at the moment, the only one on the Bid is EVO. There are none on the ask. Appears everyone is awaiting news.

If you go back 5 weeks or so you will see that there was a ` spike` in the price up to 17.5p, many people saw that as a shorting opportunity, and T+25 approx. from that period ends today. Most of the vol. is in my opinion short closing, indeed they are buys, but the mm`s and SET`s guys know what they really are.
It`s on the way down.

'It`s on the way down.'
Bought @5p for the long term my friend. Not bothered about price fluctuations.

Now who's investment nous am I going to take notice of ? A difficult choice that one!

well done Johnny, excellent profit, pity you didn`t take it at 28p though, its never going that high again.
Warren Buffet hasn`t have held Marconi then, or British Energy or dozens of others which have crashed?, he is a dinosaur, it will take another generation, or at least 20 years before the heady days of his `team` will be re-incarnated, people have to forget the bad times, youth is a great forgetter.
Good luck anyway, but a 600+% profit would do me.

It would appear that todays 5.5mill buys are shorters closing their positions. Good job I can appreciate a laugh now & again.
Good luck to all.

-shorters are very active as the gang has noted, however watch out for the delayed multi-million sell hanging in the wings- then take a laugh-I shall.
There are 753m shares in operation, todays buys represent less than 1% of that, a fleabite for a few traders-at a total cost of some 800k- my house is worth more than that!!!
Look at the automatic trades- do you really think that we shorters close `en-masse`- its trickled in( I spoke to a broker friend who, alone, closed 1m short in several tranches today)-jaysus you lot need to go on a course on investment- oh and there goes 750k to chew on
What a bunch, and the price is down too, always the same those who take time to mock their betters lose out
lolool!!!
