please explain how the shareprice is going to go up when one director buys 9 grands worth and another director sells 5 grands worth along with an overhang from Gem and the further likelyhood of Gem drawdowns.....

one wonders why you waste your time moaning about gem overhangs etc when you don't own the shares.
As regards the share price it isn't going to drop below 6p as GEM won't be selling lower than that and if the offer does hit 6p then there will be plenty of buyers after the recent interims and progress.
Perhaps if you owned some shares you would have met Steig at the AGM and heard him saying he had to sell some more, the fact it was only 83k's worth out of 21m is bullish.

But what has precisely that to do with Endeavors?

After all, we know that GIS is the only place Tadpole makes any money, and Endeavors is where they spend it all, and some. Endeavors is also where Tad enthusiasts have pointlessly pinned their hopes. I've said it before and I'll say it again -- that technology has nothing to offer that can't be done a dozen other ways, and mostly folks don't want to do it any way.

The only way out out for Tad is to dump Endeavors -- I expect Steig of the Dump would take it on.

Endeavors or Stream Theory as it is now known, will be the big money spinner
for Tadpole. Catesia is a good little earner, but its not going to make this share fly, it will be Stream theory that does that.

The end of year accounts will show that.

Have you not seen the OEM deal and the SB deal, these are where the $'s are in the future, Cartesia, whilst reasonable on its own and helping ETI get into profit, are where the real money will come from.

Well, I've looked. So who is the OEM? I can't find a press release. Perhaps you could point me to the URL. Where is the Softbank deal mentioned? Perhaps you could do me the same favor? For things that you deem so important, they're well concealed.

www.endeavors.com has no press or customer info that I can find. Click on anything and it becomes a stream theory site. Looks like Mr Steig's outfit took over Tadpole.

First thing these people need to do is sort out their defocussed corporate image. It's a mess.
