EWR,
You stated earlier "Evolution say 600K sales and a loss of 2.4m" but the interims quoted a T/O of 629k, plus with at least 5 GS conversions prior to year end, that should be at least an extra 150k.

I'm lost.
I've been trying to work out why the chart points to 10p and what the hell orange has to do with anything.
Its either my age or perhaps I'm just a tad stupid, but I could really do with a map of this conversation, now.

Garyble: quite right so there is an error in Evolution figures; thought they looked low. Last Peel Hunt forecast for year was 1.6m on 6th July last year. Year end October so not many Greenseal in, we know already. I doubt whetehr the market is expecting anything significant in results so it is all about the statement of trading and prospects. We have been in a close period for a couple of months so there has been a dearth of news. But may be steady as she goes - in my view that would be good because if there is to be bad news about the actual out-turn of the ASDA first 12 months, it must be known now.

Howard White says this is a major step forward in getting Starpol recognised at the industry standard. He will update the market as and when trials begin.

So - does this mean that Starpol 3000 gets automatic approval - or have we got to go through all that again.??

News of the commercial trials might spice the results up a bit.
What is the nature of the trials and who are they with?
I'm prepared to bet half an ounce of snout that they are with that shadowy yank company with links to Pepsi and McDonalds, rather than WalMart.
Any takers?

First rule of investment-NEVER trade a but before 9.30a.m., the "news" is so overwhelming that 250k worth of shares have been bought- my garage is worth more.
All the news means is that more trials are needed, and indeed the $$$$ spend is underway, more cash calls from holders will occur, and the sad saga will go on and on, until someone buys the whole lot for twopence.
Turnover /profit/ dividends is the news which moves shares exponentially, also ruMours of course but they are all exhausted.
Wait for the penny to drop AGAIN-and see the result later, I see from the empty holes in the thread from the brain-dead, that they are all posting like mad- none of them seem to be buying though

Talking of charts, SEO's has developed almost unnoticed from one that bounces up off the 14p level to one that bounces down off the 16p level. Once we break up through 16p, that should provide the next solid floor.
Still watching out for a break down through 14p, but today's news on what will probably become SEO's major product shifts the risk on this share into more positive territory.
Doubters might want to step back in soon (Bosley?).

How to spot an arsehole, part one.
He posts at 09:07 on 13/02/2006 to say there is selling momentum on a share when 1.5 million shares have been traded and laughs that the share is about to drop badly.
He posts at the same time the following day (when the share is up) and says never trade before 09:30, and follows this by saying the 2million trades are a piddling nothing.
If anyone spots this kind of arsehole behaviour, please refer them to your local psychiatrist.

The only time to buy is when `they` issue a positive profit forecast, folk who fall in love with a share move onto a different mind-set, where everything is rosy after every RNS,then they go into decline again until the next one comes, they then gain mutual support from other naifs ( always with a `King` to advise),& insult and abuse anyone who threatens their gang by urging caution.
Meanwile the management spend the dough, attract nice little earners in salaries. it`s happened thousands of times.
ps shares fall 3X faster than they rise, so multiply the sales by 3X to interpret their true significance
