Following yerterdays RNS I have a holding once again in SEO...

peterdominic - 15 Feb 2006 20:13 - 14858 of 27111

I think the SP has served its purpose of filling a few pockets with gold, such surges rarely repeat themselves, hold the profit and pray, seems to be the answer

Two out of Three ain't bad!! CC out of the way & FDA approval for Starpol but results due shortly will give the biggest clue to short-term future.
Poor results expected but the key will be Greenseal progress, if good then maybe the shorters will move on (for a while anyway), if delays then expect a drop maybe to 12-13p which will provide a good opportunity to buy if you believe that this time the company can deliver the potential. From 12-13p, worth having a gamble, from 15p I'm still out until we have an update, remember I cashed in at 21p from <5.5p so still time to wait because without good progress, this years "commercial trials" of Starpol will provide the same sort of hype and sp swings that Greenseal produced in 2005 and the stock will remain a traders dream.

Summary, IMO two more potential chances to buy lower, results day and then people who bought high in 2005 potentially selling at losses in March to off-set gains for tax purposes?? I'm no shorter or ramper, I work in packaging, saw the potential, invested, realised promising development not being delivered at pace the market expected and cashed in for good profits (not as much as I could if sold at 30p!!), whilst we waited & see what develops.
My money from SEO re-invested elsewhere since the Autumn and yielding good profit with more on its way so I am pleased with my decision back then despite some abuse on these boards. I may take some profit soon to re-invest in SEO, after a Greenseal update. I used to enjoy this thread and the key contributors but I don't post often now because most of it is utter "poo, testicles and back-biting, together with absolute total drivel about nothing to do with SEO. Good Luck folks.

Sweepstake, how many posts before someone copies a bit of this and has a go???

peterdominic - 15 Feb 2006 20:40 - 14862 of 27111

"is utter shite, bollocks and back-biting",

Mike- do you really need posters like this???

peterdominic - 15 Feb 2006 20:49 - 14863 of 27111

Can`t see this one being worth less than fiver in six months!!!

andysmith - 15 Feb 2006 20:51 - 14864 of 27111

Folks, edited my post above, offended peterdominic!! Clucking Bell !!!!!!!!

I will leave you alone to talk utter wotsits amongst yourselves, this is the only thread that seems to attract individuals like this, and those that just want to slag-off other posters or pick fault with them. I will stick to the other threads which actually discuss the topic of the stock in question most of the time.
I would be amazed if I got a warning from MAM after reading some of the personal abuse that goes on this thread, anyway, apologies peterdominic.

By the way Peterdominic, do you have any comments about my reasoned post about SEO? Constructive, destrcutive? after all the topic is SEO. Goodbye.

peterdominic5 - 15 Feb 2006 20:54 - 14865 of 27111

How sad running off like that, andysmith seems to be a bit of a coward really, come back little Andy, we won`t hurt you, honest

andysmith - 15 Feb 2006 21:13 - 14866 of 27111

Still here pd & pd5, same bloke?? re-incarnation of a banned person?? alter-ego of someone on here who usually posts utter crap like post 14863.
Its after 9.0pm so its tough shit if you are offended now, foxtrot oscar back to whence you came and let the decent folk on this thread have a sensible discussion for AND against SEO. What a pathetic thread SEO has become on MAM.

"come back little Andy, we won`t hurt you, honest" you constructed a sentence, well done, why should I be worried by you though you sad git, just bored with the rubbish that is posted.

Anyway, in danger now of being drawn into posting rubbish as well!! Have fun folks.

bestblinds.com - 15 Feb 2006 21:27 - 14867 of 27111

Well done andysmith ,as i said the other night, we get fed up with their constant rubbish, carn't they join a chat room and talk to each other that way ?

sellsell - 15 Feb 2006 21:28 - 14868 of 27111

andy why let it get to you like that?
just relax and see what happens with seo results this month. everything else is just speculation. good luck, i know you once held a strong belief in seo and its products.

andysmith - 15 Feb 2006 21:43 - 14869 of 27111

Still have believe in the potential, only question is can that potential be delivered?
If issues with Asda & Greenseal then it will be a good thing when exclusivity is over as I believe that there are others interested who have had to wait. If Asda on track as per T&G note then SEO will move positively, all will be revealed very soon.
Maybe Starpol has more chance of real sales growth than Greenseal but it will need to have sufficent gas barrier to maintain equivalent product shelf-life of current packaging materials. If it does then SEO are well positioned to benefit from companies prepared to embrace sustanable packaging concepts.

niceonecyril - 15 Feb 2006 21:46 - 14870 of 27111

Andy; Just squelch him, i for one welcome somebody with knowledge of
the industry.

aldwickk - 15 Feb 2006 22:11 - 14871 of 27111

stockdog - 15 Feb 2006 22:36 - 14872 of 27111

Andysmith, welcome back. Don't respond to PeterDominic and PD5 - it's just the wine talking!

Edit: Sorry to talk off licence - whoops, sorry I mean off topic.

bhunt1910 - 15 Feb 2006 22:37 - 14873 of 27111

Andy - I recall you as one of the intelligent posters with a real insight as to what was happening in the industry.

It would be a shame if you stopped posting because of the drivel of a few. I have squelched one or two who constantly ramp - but you would add real value to this board where many of us lack real knowledge of the industry.

I for one would apprecoate your reasoned commentary.

By the way - did anyone see the new fairy dishwasher ad. tonight. That looked light another finish type product - which has received rave reviews from the industry - so perhaps we are infiltrating and gaining revenue already.

I still beleive that all the bad news is already priced into the sp - and think that there might just be a pleasant surprise with the results which will kick start the sp again.

EWRobson - 16 Feb 2006 12:43 - 14874 of 27111

Fascinating to see the Bollinger Bands pulling in. Current range is 16p to 14.25p. The active trading range appears to be 15.75p to 14.5p. Break-out really has to happen soon, at any rate by the end of the month. Real buying opportunity at current price. What do you think, sd, otherwise known as wod (wise old dog)?

EWRobson - 16 Feb 2006 13:00 - 14875 of 27111

Above post was made before reading yours of 14861. Astute in my view. How do you read the Greenseal experience with ASDA? I felt that SEO were restrained in their RNS saying that we were putting by additional Greenseal machines because of difficulty in getting suppliers to allow line stoppage. Suspect the problem may have come about because SEO 'pinched' the ASDA afficianado; so is the new guy that committed? If this is the case, the end of the exclusivity period may be a blessing.

I'm wondering if this is an industry issue based on PXS with their new heart-related drink SIRCO. First two contracts were with Waitrose and Sainsbury: neither has the product in the local stores yet. The third contract, barely a month ago was with Tesco and there arealready reports on that thread of the product selling out in their stores. The question raised is whether Tesco are the people who make things happen, which wouldn't be surprising. Are you able to comment? It was Bos who pointed out PXS so also interested in your comments on them. The implications for Greenseal would be obvious.

Eric,

What sort of price range do you think the breakout will go too?
