required field - 14 Jul 2010 13:55

It is now time to switch to a new Money AM football blog as the world cup is now over and we all look to the future.....World cup 2010 is over, Bravo Espana, and Forlan, once again and bring on the new season !.....I never expected the last thread to be such a success...thanks all.... so this new one might go on for years without the need to edit the title...we shall see...

Just saw a few goals...England well beaten.....I don't think those players know what midfield play means....it's the same old rubbish way of playing the long ball as quickly as possible to the front players...if we can only score now on freekicks...well,... it's going to be hopeless...

You called CC -):

Knocking in goals like that on a regular basis down at Walking Football sessions.. can't see what all the fuss is about.

Have a look for yourselves http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-18380173

See what I mean -):

Dil - 18 Nov 2012 01:09 - 1491 of 6918

9 out of 9 and the best home record in the whole of Europe.

Next two matches away are both winnable but I'll settle for 1 win.

Stan - 18 Nov 2012 14:48 - 1492 of 6918

9 out of 9?.. Yeah not bad I suppose -):

Barnsley certainly winnable but Derby may be more difficult as only one home defeat, and that was by you know who.. so no surprise there then -):

Dil - 19 Nov 2012 01:45 - 1493 of 6918

There we go then it's Barnsley :-)

Given our away record we should be relegation candidates , 9 first team squad players out injured for last month or so but we still there and 6 million to spend in January if we in the top six.

This is do or die .... Wales finish bottom of Stx Nations I don't care , 2013 all I wanna see is Cardiff promoted.

We can all dream and my dream coming true is well overdue.

Stan - 21 Nov 2012 18:30 - 1501 of 6918

Arthur Rowley certainly knew where the net was Tanks didn't he?

George Arthur Rowley Jr., (21 April 1926 – 19 December 2002), nicknamed "The Gunner" because of his explosive left-foot shot,[1] was an English football player and cricketer. He holds the record for the most goals in the history of English league football, scoring 434 from 619 league games. He was the younger brother of Manchester United legend Jack Rowley. He was shortlisted for inclusion into the English Football Hall of Fame in 2008.[2][3]
He holds the club record for the most goals in a single season at both Leicester City and Shrewsbury Town, scoring 44 goals in 42 league matches at Leicester in 1956-57[4] and 38 goals in 43 games for Shrewsbury in 1958-59. He is also Shrewsbury's record league goalscorer with 152 league goals.[5] He is Leicester's second all-time top goalscorer, netting 265 times for the Foxes, 8 goals short of Arthur Chandler's record.[6]

TANKER - 22 Nov 2012 08:33 - 1503 of 6918

chelsea taking the PISS out of its fans big time shows you chelsea fans are just stupid

Chris Carson - 22 Nov 2012 09:03 - 1504 of 6918

Would appear as if we didn't already know that Chelsea Fc is just the mad Russians toy to play with as and when he likes. Good luck to the fat spanish waiter, obviously second choice till the end of the season, easy money for him, nothing to lose.

Dil - 22 Nov 2012 12:20 - 1505 of 6918

I reckon he getting bored since they bored the ar*e off the world en route to winning the ECL and could walk off into the sunset himself in the not too distant future.

Good riddance I say.

Joe Say - 23 Nov 2012 07:20 - 1506 of 6918

wonderful logic by our critics - our owner makes a catastrophic error so we dump our lifetime allegiance do we and go and support Arsenal ????

as for the boring comment - take a look at how we've played so far this year even in the last few weeks when losing to the mancs and Juve - if that's boring then you must be on something

Anyhow cant wait for the FSW departure
