CMS Webview What is the potential for this share ? (CWV)

GEOFFREY.R - 01 Nov 2003 16:46

I bought shares in this company at 4.5p in September 2003. I see they are rising. Can anyone tell me please the growth potential for this company as they have just been awarded several new contracts ?

Very positive moved today, engulfed the previous 5 day drop. Intra day high was 8.5p and 8p held. There was far more buying today than indicated. My 2 trades today showed them as sells when in fact they were buys. Trade indicators dont allow for the 2 hr delay.I have a gut feeling that todays move was more than a technical bounce even though one was due. As SQ said price is likely to rally up to the 200 day average at 9.5p without to much resistance. likely area of monor resistance is the 11-12p area. The big move will be the break above 14-15p ( major buy signal). If the price continues to climb next week expect the herd to rush in. Today we had BUYING in volume which for me was the reason to buy.If we had risen on light volume seen over the last few months then i would have said the move was purely technical and would have expected the rise to be short lived. However we shall see Tuesday. IMHO

SUE HELEN, master of the TA. Any views?

momentum - 28 May 2004 22:54 - 1532 of 1924

Sue Helen gets her analysis from investech. Use and follow your own TA what works for someone else might not work for you.

SueHelen - 28 May 2004 23:35 - 1533 of 1924

Hi momentum, just popped in to say I do not get my TA analysis from Investtech. Look at my thread and you will see I analysed everything and I wait for the confirmation to come from Investtech which always comes.

Sue Helen... Your veredict regarding TA for CWV please

The old names re-appearing on this board should tell us all something about just how cheap this stock now is, even if theirs is only a trading interest.

Interest is coming back. This could be the start of a buying spree, next week will tell a tale.

But as I said in earlier posts, this stock is currently valued as a cash shell, as if it had no business. That makes it dirt cheap. The business is thrown in for nothing.

Anyone else smelling the roses yet? Many longer term players will be well p*ssed off if this one flies again towards that 18pence level tipped in Citywire and highlighted by the house broker, and they miss these lows.

Momentum, you crafty old dog, you've bought a stack down here! Are you on the board yet?

momentum - 30 May 2004 19:58 - 1536 of 1924

Yes TSQ have been topping up all the way down purely from a Technical view, even though ive been negative short term.. But ive always been bullish long term. Hopefully my 12-18 month target will buy me another house. mind you in Saffron Walden they dont come cheap.3 bed semi will set u back over 300k.Looking forward to Tues have a feeling next week could be quite profitable. However i will continue to add as i like round numbers.

enjoy the bank holiday

I wonder was the price rebound last week anything to do with the recent trade show. I bought some more anyway - I hate missing out on anything!!

A few new buyers may have learned of CMSWebview and taken an interest. Trading figures to end June should be much healthier given new TDI work in Chicago, although officially figures prob not released until Sept.

A trading update is likely. At least it should be, if the PR company is doing its job!

momentum - 01 Jun 2004 08:34 - 1538 of 1924

Nice opening, fairly predictable gap up from fridays close.Volume will hopefully be up around 10-11.00 and the price holding.

thestatusquo - 01 Jun 2004 11:37 - 1539 of 1924

Yes, nice up tick. If this holds, then this upturn may have some serious legs.

Short term 10day has stopped downtrend and will turn north. A golden cross through the 50day and 200day at 9.5pence would be a MAJOR BUY signal in my book and would confirm a new uptrend.

Consider that institutions were comfortable buying at 10pence and that 15pence was the 'marker' for the recent fundraising, upside from here could be swift.

thestatusquo - 01 Jun 2004 11:39 - 1540 of 1924

9.5pence is key for me. If we see that, then buyers will return in numbers.

SueHelen might even buy back in and make some money!

littlejon - 01 Jun 2004 12:43 - 1541 of 1924

These microcaps can move sharply on momentum buying and its obvious from the increase in volume that interest at these levels is returning.

The red 10day MA is turning up, the blue 50day at 9.5pence is key for me. If the share price makes a golden cross with the blue 50dayMA over the next week or so, then 11.5pence is next target level.

Beyond that, there are no resistance levels until 14-15pence. Early days, but then thats when most money is made!

momentum - 01 Jun 2004 17:02 - 1544 of 1924

Nice rise today on good rising volume,on balance volume has turned up bodes well for the rest of the week. Some of my strong technical indicators are giving short term buy signals.however if the momentum continues to give a buy on point and figure then we could some exceptional gains. In the mean time expect resistance in the 9-10p area. IMHO

SueHelen - 01 Jun 2004 17:15 - 1545 of 1924

Sorry TSQ but these still don't excite me at the moment...

thestatusquo - 01 Jun 2004 19:18 - 1546 of 1924

Agree momentum on figures. If follow through takes us into that 9-10p range, then we could move very quickly from there. There are no real upper resistance levels until 13-15pence!

This stock remains very oversold. With the large cash balances, this company offers new buyers a safety cushion.

I'm buying again up to 10pence short term.

Sorry you don't agree Sue. We never did get to see 50pence last Christmas. I'm looking for 20pence this one and 60pence Christmas 05.

All IMHO.

happy to watch - 01 Jun 2004 20:22 - 1547 of 1924

TSQ - not heard the "It'll be 50p by Christmas" joke for a while, makes me chuckle every time though. Your expectations are very realistic subject to sales and marketing effort at CMS translating into bottom line numbers.

momentum - 02 Jun 2004 08:36 - 1548 of 1924

Fingers crossed volume continues to hold.
