If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Guys,
I have spoken to Jonathan about this - many apologies - the old prices should clear out when a trade is receieved on that particular stock. He is also restarting the streamers to attempt to clear out the stuck prices.
Ian
EDIT - Guys, this should now be resolved. apologies for any inconvenience.

Several stocks are still showing Friday figures.

Come on MAM, sort it out! All over the place. FTSE up 18 points? Joke.

No change after a further refresh.
Most stocks are Ok but there are still several errors.
I've also noticed that the percentage change figures don't match some of the quotes.
i.e. INO bid and offer are both significantly up on Friday, yet the change column shows -0.8%
Cheers,

The change in price is still being calculated on Fridays opening.

Sorry my posts are a bit incoherent, I'm trying to watch the other side's monitor with a 3 second timeout, write here and place orders at the same time...
I believe all my quotes are correct now. It appears to be only the percentage change figures that are incorrect and causing confusion.
Cheers,
dell

Graeme - bid,mid and offer appear fine but percentage change is based on Frday's open. The colour of the midprice may be wrong because of this but the figure is correct.

Just to ensure everything is checked, some prices are not correct. Price is not correct on WMK for example. Shown at 173-178 (u/c from Friday's close). An alternative source shows 175-180 +2, which accords with trades shown as 180, etc.

Looks like Finexpress have corected the error, so Level 1 prices should now correct themselves. We will however keep a careful eye on things. Level 2 has been OK and unaffected all morning.
