Forex rebates on every trade - win or lose!

Tellon,

I think that we've seen a typical market over-reaction to the price of oil over the last 3 or 4 weeks. The market now seems to be accepting the oil situation (bar a possible terrorist attack on a Saudi pipeline maybe) and the broader economic issues seem to be returning to the fore.

Long again this morning. Hope that it's got some legs this morning and I don't get whipsawed as happened with my opening long yesterday morning. As I've said previously, I'm fully prepared to get my hands dirty day-trading if markets dictate but I'd much rather latch onto a trend and turn the screens off so that I can go outside to sunbathe. Especially in this weather.

Was thinking about my Forex trading strategy and then world domination...

but now....

just imagining Hilary's legs covered in Factor 8 !!

Have a good day everyone

hilary - 09 Jun 2004 07:54 - 1672 of 11056

foale,

The Anglo-Franco-Portuguese-Indian blood in me means that I don't need to worry too much about Factor 8. Not on my legs anyway.

:o)

Beeblebrox - 09 Jun 2004 07:56 - 1673 of 11056

hodgins - 09 Jun 2004 08:42 - 1675 of 11056

Here, in allegedly one of the sunniest corners of England zero sunscreen looks the order of the day.
Sitting at the screen scalping may be the only way to make any money today?

foale - 09 Jun 2004 08:49 - 1676 of 11056

I am looking for a run up to 18395 this am
then more consolidation b4 a break up into the 1.8435-75 area

its going to make a run for it soon..

hilary - 09 Jun 2004 08:55 - 1677 of 11056

If it is going to go up this morning, it needs to happen pretty soon now imo, otherwise I'll be looking to reverse to a short.

edit: The Euro seems to be holding the back atm.

hilary - 09 Jun 2004 16:25 - 1686 of 11056

Tellon - 09 Jun 2004 20:47 - 1687 of 11056

Beeble,

I will hold my postion. If the anouncement is +25 or +50 I will close.

Ive been short for days.. I think im a dollar bull..

Hil,

1.8250 was the daily pivot point. Large selling would have started if this had broke.

hilary - 10 Jun 2004 11:10 - 1688 of 11056

Seems to be a lot of uncertainty in Cable this morning ahead of MPC. I've been using the crossover of a couple of MA's on the 5-minute chart to give entry/exit signals recently. With an hour to go, the 2 MA's seem to have converged and it doesn't look like they want to part.

hilary - 10 Jun 2004 11:13 - 1689 of 11056

Or maybe they do now?
