grajul - 10 Feb 2005 16:26 - 174 of 274

Let's hope this can be maintained - what is going on? Doe ssomeone know something? News imminent?

ethel - 10 Feb 2005 17:30 - 175 of 274

If you look back to the end of last year, you can see the share price for MDW moving very like the recent sharp rises. It went from 3p to 10p,fell back to 8p and then quickly reached 14.37p.It then moved back down, finding a support level at 6p,from which it bounced up and down until the recent breakout.I only discovered this share today, reading this board, and decided not to buy as the moving averages seemed to indicate that this rally was coming to an end.Sometimes,it pays not to read charts!!!Also,it seemed to me that we would have to wait until the middle of this year for more news,so I kept out.Tomorrow being Friday and all that, plus you all having made soooooooooo much money on SEO,MMG and now MDW,I hope to see the sell off...at which point I shall join the "Prostate Club" if I may, gentlemen;hopefully seeing the price rise to 14p(or beyond)...just like last year.

john50 - 10 Feb 2005 17:53 - 176 of 274

Think you are to late be very surprised if get a sell off, to much imminent news, this move will carry us to 18-20p

overgrowth - 10 Feb 2005 19:54 - 177 of 274

John50, I agree - the China approval could have happened at any time over the past few months - slow wheels of Government and all that - looks as though they've finally got there (and we've still got the US deal to look forward to which could be announced any time shortly after).

ethel - there's a lot more news in the pipeline than at this time last year, get in now if you want to take part in the action.

overgrowth - 10 Feb 2005 22:01 - 178 of 274

Rumours have been doing the rounds that the one of the big pharmas could be sniffing around MDW - not surprising with their market leading niche products and global reach - shortly to be extended into the largest markets.

I don't think the MDW board will sell before the price gets to around the 1 mark - that's always been one of their targets.

I'd like to see MDW get to 1+ under their own steam also - before being snapped up by one of the conglomerates :-)

petralva - 11 Feb 2005 07:46 - 179 of 274

if they did do it,i wouldnt expect them to sell before the us and china deal are done.

seb190774 - 11 Feb 2005 15:12 - 180 of 274

hello guys

price share falling down . is it because of profit takers or the deal so much expected unlikely to be very soon ??

regards
sebastien

foitek - 11 Feb 2005 15:34 - 181 of 274

Profit-takers at a guess. Seems to be a regular occurence with MDW.

banjomick - 15 Feb 2005 00:20 - 183 of 274

Thought they did very well to stay on track today/yesterday.Was expecting a bit of a fall after all last weeks excitement and still on no news with the china/HK and USA anouncements.

overgrowth - 15 Feb 2005 21:18 - 184 of 274

banjomick - Largeish buys are still coming in (slowly), it looks as though traders have moved on in a single chunk keeping the price up.

The candlestick chart suggests that something is going to blow very soon....

banjomick - 16 Feb 2005 00:19 - 185 of 274

Don't understand funny charts with loads of lines on with A's B's & C's never mind candlesticks -lol.Now and again I spend time learning a bit,but what if's and maybe's keep cropping up.
Anyway, overgrowth i agree that something is happening whether it's good or bad not sure, but me instict(for what it's worth)says it's good.I was expecting a biggish drop this week, with no news, but it hasn't happened at all,or not yet anyway!Obviously,if it can hold this level and when/if good news is disclosed all the better. Not even sure that the mm's know what to do with this share at the moment!!Anyway one more can and bed, starting to ramble now-lol

overgrowth - 16 Feb 2005 22:27 - 186 of 274

A triple confirmation of support at 10.5p with three dragonfly dojis :-)

As the immediately preceding trend was down, this suggests a trend reversal is on the cards soon.

If there is a dip tomorrow, watch out for a hammer on Friday, this will herald a large buying spree on Monday.

Alternatively, the buying spree could start tomorrow.

We all know that MDW will rocket upwards on news from China or the US, however it'll be interesting to see if the inscrutable candlesticks are able to predict this...

overgrowth - 17 Feb 2005 19:34 - 187 of 274

Hammer to come tomorrow ?

Looks like a tree shake today given the volume going through....

optomistic - 21 Feb 2005 20:22 - 188 of 274

Did the 'hammer' arrive? I don't fully know how to interpret candlesticks so I am awaiting to see how inscrutable they are before undertaking further research on the subject. Anyone got a link to the easy understanding of candlesticks?

banjomick - 21 Feb 2005 23:29 - 189 of 274

Pop into your local church,i think they use quite a few and may be able to offer advice on candles and how they are made.
Still waiting for announcements and holding up well concidering.imho of course
