It looks like those punters who were in for a quick buck have now gone. Trade numbers have been low over the last few weeks, indicating to me that most of those left are steady and static with their SEO shares.
Will be very interesting to see if there is a flurry of activity pre close due to the interims tomorrow.

robinhood - 29 Jun 2006 11:18 - 17439 of 27111

interesting write up in shares mag today

garyble - 29 Jun 2006 11:19 - 17440 of 27111

Well, less than 20 hours before we get to find out where we're going with this!

If this is a leaky company as many have said, then I'd assume from the sp movement and trades that either the interims are relatively neutral or the company is not as leaky as some think.

I certainly hope to see:
1: Statement of the first commercial GS placement
2: Progress/deal with wrap 100
3: progress with WM
4: Statement on ASDA exclusivity {extension or termination}
5: Biotec capcaity improvement
6: Starpol sales volumes {current and anticipated}

These should hopefully all be positives.

garyble - 29 Jun 2006 11:23 - 17441 of 27111

Robinhood,

What was the gist of the shares mag commentary?

nyleve - 29 Jun 2006 12:14 - 17442 of 27111

garble - A 5th of Shares Mag readers own SEO shares.
The jury is still out over whether SEO will rally and make a good investment. Future looks exciting, with you know who interested.
Greenseal way behind schedule.
Prob be 2008 before SEO see profit.
At mo it is intriguing 84 mil prospect and could yet prove a ten-bagger.

Like me, hang on in there !!!!!! sweat it out lol

nyleve - 29 Jun 2006 12:18 - 17443 of 27111

P.S. Can't all go pear shaped ! Can it ?????

Dave

robinhood - 29 Jun 2006 12:22 - 17444 of 27111

Garyble: sharesmag: "jury still out if a good investment-greenseal packaging behind schedule-prospects exciting with mcdonalds apparantly keen- no profits till 2008 but has prospects of a ten bagger

garyble - 29 Jun 2006 12:27 - 17445 of 27111

Dave,

Thanks for the update.

I will certainly be holding unless any significant bad news materialises. Delays are inevitable.

The product range seems exciting enough and the potential is there so is certainly worth the wait.

garyble - 29 Jun 2006 12:29 - 17446 of 27111

.

garyble - 29 Jun 2006 12:30 - 17447 of 27111

Thanks Robinhood.

aldwickk - 29 Jun 2006 16:08 - 17448 of 27111

Buy in june 2007 and you will only have to wait 6 months for profits, and in the mean time you can invest your money in JKX or AFR.

greekman - 29 Jun 2006 16:38 - 17449 of 27111

But if within next few weeks/months the expected news comes in you will be buying at a very heavy premium to todays price. Not saying your wrong, as it is an if. Also I feel that with any future profit forecast, those that do the forecasting always tread on the side of caution. If SEO go into profit sooner than June 2007 no one turns to the forecaster and has a go, whereas if profits don't materialize till say 2 months later than the forecast date, it does not look good for the said analyst. It's the same with forecasts of the sp. If they are out by say, 20% but under forecast, no problem, everyone is happy. If they are out by 10% ( IE more accurate ) but over forecast, they receive the brickbats. That's the way of the human phyci.

Oilywag - 29 Jun 2006 16:53 - 17450 of 27111

Greekman

Apologies in advance.

"Phyci" should be psychi.

Here's hoping that the news is good tomorrow.

The oily one

greekman - 29 Jun 2006 17:26 - 17451 of 27111

Oilywag,

No problem. I am slightly dyslexic, ( brilliant at maths though ) so sometimes my spelling is so bad that my spell checker gives up and blows a fuse. As I tried the following spellings ( phyci, syci, sici ) it's perhaps no wonder it did so.

Paperbackwriter - 29 Jun 2006 18:21 - 17452 of 27111

Actually, it's 'psyche', chaps. LOL
Sorry to be pedantic.

NielsJensen - 29 Jun 2006 20:42 - 17453 of 27111

Paperbackwriter, I tried this many times; continue at your peril!
