To ye of little faith.
Who will sell me their seo shares at 5.5p after a deal with Perseco is announced?
Think about it!

spoke to robert duggan friday, he pointed out that the profits for the german sub will be significantly higher in the 2nd half as they spent money upgrading the facilities and it will now ramp up. i pointed out the magazine article where it was stated that GS was to be commercialised in 8 weeks, to which he said he will look into it as it may have been mis- construed(can anyone e-mail him the article). He said asda are still 100% with them on GS, and continue to evaluate its vast uses and also stated that asda's strong support for gs and seo products was their way into WM in the US. He will speak to the chairman on monday when he returns from his holiday regarding the end of the asda exclusivity on july 27th, as to any rns to the market. He confirmed that the GS machines were running at 16 hour intervals on a regular basis and all the technical difficulties had been resolved. Asda continue to endorse GS to the pack houses.
One glimmer of hope is that goldman sachs are looking at seo at these lower levels as a possible investment and may join fidelity with a stake, the exact words were that 'they were sniffing around at these levels'.

Copy of email sent to SEO, don't expect to get a response but will post it if I get one, if any of you know the answers to any of these questions I would be much obliged.
Hi Sylvia
The interim accounts were very dissapointing, I represent a shareholder club and we have a significant investment in Stanelco and are dissapointed by the lack of information in the interims particulary with regards to your main product, Greenseal.
If you are unable to answer my questions please could you pass this email on to someone who could.
1.Can you now expand on the reason as to why the interims were delayed and why the first release included the mistake of the loss before taxation. Seeing as Stanelco had so long to prepare the interims this error looks very unproffessional and does not provide any confidence in the management team.
2.Would it be possible to have a simple breakdown please of the administrative expenses of 3.331 Million as I am shocked at how much this is over such a short period and if the next 6 months will be a similar amount as your recent fund raising will not last long if so..
3.Why was there very little mention of the trials and the contract with ASDA in relation to Greenseal and the trials of Wrap 100 at the fast food chain?
4. What is going to happen at the end of this month when ASDA's exclusivity period runs out on the Greenseal contract? Is there an option to extend it or is there a possibility that orders may be placed?
5.Why does Perseco not even mention Stanelco on their list of partners and suppliers on their website yet?
6.There was no mention of the progress with the contract with G Mondini, have any new machines been fitted with Greenseal technology and sold to Asda or any of it's suppliers yet? Again there is no mention of their machines using RF tchnology on their website let alone a mention of Stanelco?
7.How long approximately does it take an engineer to retro fit a machine with Greenseal, ie how long is the suppliers machine out of use?
I look forward to your replay at your earliest convenience.

Whatever time advantage they had over their rivals is sliping away, at its present price it must still be to expensive otherwise Rexam or Tetrapak would have put in a bid.

Kimoldfield, Garypat, Mad Pad and Greekman,
Thank you all so much for your kind words and support. It has really cheered me up. We've all got used to the shock now and Mum is feeling more possitive.
Angus,
I hope you will get the answers to all the questions we are wondering about.
Thanks for putting in all the work and sharing it with us.

ssanebs,
Your post is extremely positive and I wonder why this information was not included in the presentation of the results.
Also, Duggan whom I have also spoken to in the past, has been very open with you regarding certain, I would think, delicate matters.
I want to be as sure as I can be that the info you have put forward is as accurate as we all want it to be.
Don't take offence, but we are dealing with very large amount of money here.

No worries Paperback will let you all know & best of luck with your Mum, all we is grumbling about is loosing a bit (ok for some, alot) of money on some shares when there's worse things goin on in the world. Seems insignificant really

Having been slated by Biscuit, one crumb of comfort (sorry) is that now that the sp is back to where it all began at sub 6p surely the only way is up? Not necessarily. however there is now a wider portfolio potential but not with the instant cash generation that Greenseal promised. SEO need deals to earn back some credibility, in the last 18 months, lots of cash raised and spent but no deals. T&G must be seething, they issued a report last October where SEO confirmed that although behind schedule they still expected 200 machines by July. Make up your minds as to how much you can believe.

On a serious note with SEO though, they must be questioned about the information that was passed to their brokers last Autumn as it has been way off the mark and unfair to those investors who held on expecting that it would come good this year albeit with a delay. It appears they are no further forward.

Still long, but at a loss {pardon the pun} as to why. Enthusiasm for this has ebbed away and although I believe the potential will ventually be realised, mis-information and missed deadlines have significantly eroded the otherwise attainable heights.
Intersting point:
0.6m invested in R&D, 0.5m increase in stock, 1.2m capital expenditure = 2.3m = LOSS
PS: PBW, sorry to hear your bad news.

Will look at the BB tomorrow morning to see if you or anyone else has answered.

Oily,
I amended the previous post. I mistakenly read the 2005 interim thinking that the SEO website had been updated. Didn't read too far before posting in error, and on reading a few lines further, the penny dropped. You can porbably tell how desparate I am for some good news.
Apologies.

Paperbackwriter,
Wish you and your family all the very best. It does put investment matters into context and like I said on Friday to the guy who initially steered me into Stanelco: I am not in a warzone, an earthquake, a Tsunami or a food queue in Ethiopia...
Learned a lot about myself recently and just how lazy and totally undisciplined I actually am having broken all my own investment rules en route with this pile of ***p! So Life goes on.

It has been stated..... Will Seo be putting out an RNS regarding the end of the Asda exclusivity on July 27th.
As this date statement was very important and could have strong influence on the sp, I feel under the LSE rules, they will have no option but to put out a release.
