THE TALK TO YOURSELF THREAD. (NOWT)

goldfinger - 09 Jun 2005 12:25

Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).

Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.

cheers GF.

If the Police have sufficient evidence that looks as if Bridger is connected to the abduction (I presume he is either a 'No Comment merchant' or he is making no attempt to assist the Police), I would love there to be sufficient powers to administer a truth drug.
Human rights put aside over the life of a little girl!.

I wonder what would be the reaction if say he admitted abducting the little girl and putting her somewhere alive but would not say where.
I wonder how many people then would advocate taking stronger measures, such as aforementioned truth drug.

Wrong in law it may be, but morally!!!!!!

Exec,

I agree with your opinion of Tanker.

Thankfully, I don't think he is in a position of responsibility.

I hope the police are holding the "right" man and if he is they have sufficient evidence to prosecute and come to the correct result.

On what has been broadcast there are questions about the initial description of a "grey" van and seemingly blue "Land Rover".

There maybe a problem there in that I believe from comments that he was known to April and family, but in a small community that "could" be expect.

If she has been killed I hope they find the body for the parents sake. I would wish it was that still alive, but doubt it.

=================

Delay in DNA results may be problem of confirmation.

I used to fish the waters around Machynlleth and Mallwyd and the Dovey is a spate river. (Quite frightening at times with its flow.)

The terrain around that area will make searches extremely difficult!

------------------

If the person they are holding is responsible, I hope he has the decency to give the police any information which will be helpful to resolve the problem.

I wonder what you would say if it was your child ? .
or would you not care.
and just for you the police no he killed her and in a plastic bag in the river by the looks of things ,
bring back the noose

Fred1new - 05 Oct 2012 12:17 - 18552 of 81564

Tanker,

If you go outside your house and find a bunch of about 50 vigilantes with clubs, sticks and nooses, baying for you blood, don't be surprised or object.

It may be due to me a false report in the local "rag" suggesting you are a paedophile. who has just murdered 2 children in horrendous circumstances.

It may be made on a shallow evaluation of the evidence.

But, of course you won't object to summary justice, or ask for police protection.

TANKER - 05 Oct 2012 12:29 - 18553 of 81564

fred I like justice . but the the libs have taken it away.

ExecLine - 05 Oct 2012 13:14 - 18554 of 81564

"the police no he as killed her . "

And furthermore, so does Tanker.

So what more proof does anyone need?

And with a name like 'Bridger' he is bound to be a, well, .... ? Hmmm? Come on Tanker, think of something to prove having the name 'Bridger' means he's definitely guilty as well.

I will be operating the bomb bay doors as we drop him from 35,000 feet.

greekman - 05 Oct 2012 16:39 - 18560 of 81564

Thats a bit harsh Haystack, modern bombers can fly a lot higher than that!

I would still doubt that him and his terrorist friends (sorry alleged terrorists, must not upset the PC brigade) will be removed any time soon.
Whats the betting that at least one of them feigns a heart attack or something similar!

Haystack - 05 Oct 2012 16:43 - 18561 of 81564

If we drop him from tooo great a height he would black out and not enjoy the ride

Haystack - 05 Oct 2012 16:48 - 18562 of 81564

The BBC understands two US civilian jets - one of which is registered to the US Department of Justice - are on the tarmac at an air base in eastern England

Haystack - 05 Oct 2012 16:50 - 18563 of 81564

Hopefully soon to be airborne
