Please report bugs and enhancements (BUGS)

andy.lovell - 04 Nov 2002 11:26

If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!

Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Red Underwing,
Yes, I know - that's when we started collecting data for it!
Best that can be done I'm afraid.

There's something funny going on with the data for the S&P 500 (epic S500). If you create a 1-year chart it only shows three months (April - June, don't know which year...). If you try to create a chart for a period of less than 1 year it can't find any data.

PeterG,

Felix is taking a look into this - thank you for letting us know.

PeterG,
I've just refreshed the historical data for S500.
We're currently lacking intraday data but this should be fixed soon,

Is it just me?

Felix, thanks for the sorting out the S&P.

Dil - 07 Apr 2004 08:32 - 1874 of 7315

Ian , market scan showing yesterdays figures???

IanT(MoneyAM) - 07 Apr 2004 10:13 - 1878 of 7315

Maddoctor,

This is linked to the stockwatch HTML problem we have been having - we are working to resolve this and I will keep you posted.

The FTSE 100 heatmaps on the blink. Sometimes it shows the right prices and sometimes it loads old data.

IanT(MoneyAM) - 07 Apr 2004 10:16 - 1880 of 7315

biggsdw,

This could well be part of the same problem mentioned above - The guys are looking into it.

Ian

biggsdw - 07 Apr 2004 10:17 - 1881 of 7315

Also the refresh tick box on the UK sector indices heatmap won't stay on. You tick it and after loading again it becomes unticked.

IanT(MoneyAM) - 07 Apr 2004 10:20 - 1882 of 7315

biggs,

After you click on the tick box are you pressing the go button?

Ian

IanT(MoneyAM) - 07 Apr 2004 10:51 - 1883 of 7315

The problem has now been isolated and the figures should now start to catch up.

Ian

biggsdw - 07 Apr 2004 11:01 - 1884 of 7315

Yes I am clicking on the go button! The same as I do on the FTSE-100 heat-map which works fine (at least in terms of auto-refreshing).

IanT(MoneyAM) - 07 Apr 2004 11:13 - 1885 of 7315

biggs,

Just wanted to check - I will get the team to look into it.

The FTSE 100 heatmap is still wrong btw Ian.
