If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

The FTSE 100 heatmaps on the blink. Sometimes it shows the right prices and sometimes it loads old data.

biggsdw,
This could well be part of the same problem mentioned above - The guys are looking into it.

Also the refresh tick box on the UK sector indices heatmap won't stay on. You tick it and after loading again it becomes unticked.

biggs,
After you click on the tick box are you pressing the go button?

The problem has now been isolated and the figures should now start to catch up.

Yes I am clicking on the go button! The same as I do on the FTSE-100 heat-map which works fine (at least in terms of auto-refreshing).

biggs,
I will take a look.
Ian
EIDT,
Have just spoken to jonathan and the problem you are seeing with the heatmaps is a residual problem from what we experienced this morning.
The problem has been resolved, but it may take a while for the data to catch up.

Request pls: On the Streaming Stockwatch include a "Trade Type" column (ie: O, AT, VW, UT, etc etc)

Hmmm, I think there's still something wrong with S500. Select a 1-month candle chart and the last candle is blue. S&P is currently down... Looks like today's data is missing - check the dates along the bottom.

PeterG, as I say we are lacking S&P intraday but a fix is in the works.

Not sure this is the right thread.
But as a relatively new user of Moneyam I am generally very happy, but would like some enhancement of the magazine page if possible:-
1) Allowing for a search based on company name or epic.
2) Backdates of previous editions of Shares magazine
3) Ability to search through archives on epics or name for previous articles, results or news updates and have them organised chronologically.
Good Luck
