(G Hoodless as key person)

I have now written an e-mail to G Hoodless concerning the following
1. ownership of the stone deposits
2. carrying of asset at constant value
3. utilisation of tax losses in precious metals/gems regarding AIM Categorisation
4. nature of aquisition i.e. existing funds (from SA sales) or private placement

Not sure about a response, but will be sure to let you guys know if I get anything back

Krypton....one of the stocks I mentioned last week EOL...has just confirmed today that it has received an approach. Up 40% over the week so far.

Few more days waiting before DMR starts bubbling.

SueHelen - 03 Nov 2005 14:42 - 192 of 1904

2 * 150,000 sells have come through at 0.30 pence from an hour ago. The market makers have accumulated around 3.35 million shares now at this 0.30 pence price since last Monday.

Good News can't be too far away now.

Level 2 still at 1 v 1.....KBC v WINS.

SueHelen - 03 Nov 2005 15:13 - 193 of 1904

Another sell for 111,274 has come through at 0.30 pence from an hour ago. KBC the market maker has now accumulated 3.45 million shares at this 0.30 pence price since last Monday. We know there is a shortage of stock and hence the MMs have been accumulating stock before the good news breaks.

SueHelen - 03 Nov 2005 15:16 - 194 of 1904

Got a hunch that it might be good news day tomorrow !!! Will have to see tomorrow if the hunch was right or not.

SueHelen - 03 Nov 2005 15:21 - 195 of 1904

The 100K sells were absorbed because a nice 500,000 buy has just come through at 0.35 pence from an hour ago.

Someone managed to get a good quantity at a good buy price too.

The fact remains that at this level, hoodless is still well out of pocket, as is moritz, whose average price is still more than 6 times today's half mill buy. whatever way these guys play it, the game favours them.

The choice as to whether to join them, stay with them, or forget it is ours.
but they call the shots, and the overwhelming determinant as I see it is whether a precise payoff date is needed.

If it is, I understand nat savings certs are still available - and offer a guaranteed return !!!!!.

SueHelen - 04 Nov 2005 09:36 - 197 of 1904

Krypton...IQE is looking rather good now as well....up 15.00% so far over the last week.

With regards to DMR...got my hunch wrong it seems about possible news today. Next week possibly now ???

DMR a Strong Buy at these levels.

SueHelen - 04 Nov 2005 16:02 - 198 of 1904

The News will come in three stages, 1st we have the results of the asset sale and auction, which may or may not disappoint with cash realised....secondly we have the target for aquisition - most likely a SA resource company....thirdly we have the EGM to approve aquisition/reverse aquisition (because size wise I would assume and company they are in discussions with is larger than DMR)....and finally the new group will be created.

New Investtech Update as of Yesterday:

di.php?CompanyID=44102694&src=uk_lse%2Fc

Neutral (Medium term) - Nov 7, 2005 Analysis Explanation
Has broken the ceiling of the falling trend, which indicates a slower initial falling rate. Has given positive signal from a inverse head and shoulders formation by a break up through the resistance at 0.22. Further rise to 1.42 or more is signaled. The stock has broken up through the resistance at p 0.35. This predicts a further rise. In case of negative reactions, there will now be support at p 0.35. Poor liquidity (traded 64% of the days, mean 0.13 mill per day) weakens the analysis. The stock is overall assessed as technically neutral for the medium long term.

Indeed news should be any day now. You won't be suprised to hear that I have had no response from either Hoodless or Moritz regarding my e-mail questions....maybe they just can't be bothered to reply or maybe they know an RNS will soon be released answering my questions.

Shame we don't have 'our man in SA' given I'm sure any auction of Vredendral factory would have been public and the value raised is most likely public by now..

I'm hoping the RNS regarding funds raised will be issued in conjunction with the naming of the proposed target or at least target market.....the jewel in the crown would be if they also announced how the aquisition will be funded i.e. cash from auction sale and convertible loan / new stock at the same time.

I'm also still interested in why the Quarries are being leased to contractors (and not sold). Interesting times ahead - I'm certain with uncertainty lifted renewed interest will see DMR to nearer 0.6/0.7 by the new year

Balli - 10 Nov 2005 17:35 - 201 of 1904

Gone all quiet!!!!!!!!

News tomorrow????????

SueHelen - 10 Nov 2005 18:51 - 202 of 1904

Possibly Balli....as news is imminent.

Nice 2 * 2 million buys came through today at 0.40 pence....very sizeable buys for DMR.

SueHelen - 11 Nov 2005 20:37 - 203 of 1904

I think the delay is because we will be getting 2 piece of news releases in one RNS....fingers crossed for next week.

1st we have the results of the asset sale and auction, which may or may not disappoint with cash realised....secondly we have the target for aquisition - most likely a SA resource company

SueHelen - 13 Nov 2005 21:10 - 204 of 1904

Brian Moritz has replied to an email sent by another poster (posted last week about this):

As promised a welcome response from Brian Moritz....still a little guarded....sale of the factory seems to be near completion as opposed to 'auctioned off' as stated in last results in October:
__________________________________________________________
Dear Mr Dusseldorf

I am sorry not to have replied earlier but I have returned today from South Africa,
on holiday and not in Somerset West!

The stone deposits are intended to be operated by a third party and Dimension, via
Natural Stone Industries, will be paid a royalty. This should enable the tax losses
to be used up against the income from the contractor. Selling the quarries outright
is not easy as we are advised that it would trigger a change from old order to new
order mining rights. In other words, we would not have the sole right to re-apply
under the new legislation, we might lose the right entirely and we would in any case
need a BEE partner with 26% of the operation.

Dimension itself is a Bermuda company and not subject to tax, but I have covered the
tax angle above.

As and when we have a signed contract for the sale of the factory we will make a
formal announcement on RNS. Until that point it is very difficult to reach an
agreement to bring in another business as we do not know what we have to offer.
However, any new business is likely to require cash. What Geoffrey Hoodless and I
are currently saying is that any additional cash will need to be the primary
responsibility of the incoming people rather than ourselves

Regards

Brian Moritz

SueHelen - 13 Nov 2005 21:12 - 205 of 1904

The party is just beginning IMHO.

SueHelen - 13 Nov 2005 21:16 - 206 of 1904

Brian Moritz seems to be on the ball and talking big....I like the below bit:

"What Geoffrey Hoodless and I are currently saying is that any additional cash will need to be the primary responsibility of the incoming people rather than ourselves"

Geoffrey Hoodless have invested 100,000 pounds at 0.50 pence....that price may look dirt cheap in the not to distant future. We could be at multiples of the 0.50 price.

New Investtech Update as of yesterday:

Neutral (Medium term) - Nov 14, 2005 Analysis Explanation
Has broken through the ceiling of a falling trend channel. This indicates a slower falling rate initially, or the start of a more horizontal development. Has given positive signal from a inverse head and shoulders formation by a break up through the resistance at 0.22. Further rise to 1.42 or more is signaled. The stock has support at p 0.10 and resistance at p 0.35. The poor liquidity of the the stock (traded 64% of the days, mean 0.15 mill per day) may weaken the analysis. The stock is overall assessed as technically neutral for the medium long term.
