i would have thought that if SEO had wrapped food for ASDA or anyone else and it was on sale in the shops ,then SEO would have said something if just to lift the SP?

aldwickk - 11 Sep 2006 13:36 - 19765 of 27111

" If the market usually gets it right, can someone please explain to me, in words I can understand, why the winners and losers list every day is topped by movements in excess of 50%? "

How can the market predict every time a company strikes oil or finds gold or wins a big contract or looses a contract or has a dry well or as a bid offer , Ect:

What a silly thing to say even from a SEO shareholder who watches his money go down the drain.

hewittalan6 - 11 Sep 2006 14:21 - 19766 of 27111

Exactly my odd little friend.
How can the market in general know when a little company wins a big contract. They cannot and therefore they react after the event, thereby getting it badly wrong beforehand!!! Research may give tantalising hints and clues that point one in the right direction.
Thank you for making my point so eloquently.
Now about the fact that the market either got it wrong up, or down..............
No. Too involved. Off you go collecting conkers, now. The conker season is almost upon us.

Alan,

Why bother to entertain the Statler & Waldorfs of this BB?

hewittalan6 - 11 Sep 2006 15:20 - 19768 of 27111

I'm hoping that if i use the longer words it may help him with his upcoming SATS key stage 2 english tests.
Alan

garyble - 11 Sep 2006 15:32 - 19769 of 27111

I admire your patience.

hewittalan6 - 11 Sep 2006 15:37 - 19770 of 27111

Anyway,
i'm as eager as anyone to know - does anyone have a clue about when we may here something??? My imaginary friend told me that GS would appear in stores about now, so I would love to know if anyone had a more concrete handle on this.
Alan

Mad Pad - 11 Sep 2006 16:02 - 19771 of 27111

What a disasterous day only 3 stocks up out of 30,at least SEO is bucking the trend.

hewittalan6 - 11 Sep 2006 16:13 - 19772 of 27111

Beating you!!! 6 up 5 down, rest level.
Unfortunately those 5 are going down faster than a porn star on piece work. :-(((

treikiman - 11 Sep 2006 17:26 - 19773 of 27111

nice little trade after hours

Mad Pad - 11 Sep 2006 17:49 - 19774 of 27111

Hmmm ,about 2,5m shares buy or sell? Not you again Tony?Own up!

explosive - 11 Sep 2006 17:58 - 19775 of 27111

Cantlose - Thanks for the spelling corrections, always nice to know that even if were going down the shoot at a great pace everything will be spelt and punctuated correctly!!

To answer your question I'm currently working for the company that supplied the contract which is how I know.

aldwickk - 11 Sep 2006 18:25 - 19776 of 27111

" does anyone have a clue about when we may here something??? " [ hear ]
Alan,
Before you start useing long words learn to spell the short ones first.

aldwickk - 11 Sep 2006 18:32 - 19777 of 27111

And English is not spelt english.

Sharesure - 11 Sep 2006 18:40 - 19778 of 27111

and 'shoot' is spelt 'chute' in that context, but does it matter?

tweenie - 11 Sep 2006 18:49 - 19779 of 27111

Alan, I hope , you've learnt this valuable lesson and now know your place!!! this is a far superior interlect you have mocked and have suitably been admonished.

I'm glad he was'nt giving me a dressing down, being such a fragile person and with my portfolio is such turmoil (given my faith in SEO); it could easily put my over the edge.
LOL
:-)

explosive - 11 Sep 2006 18:52 - 19780 of 27111

I wos dragged up to talk propper england language! Siad f@#k all about speeling it!!

hewittalan6 - 11 Sep 2006 19:13 - 19781 of 27111

Poor minds discuss people.
Average minds discuss events.
Great minds discuss ideas.
I shall leave my gnomic little friend to discuss the events of my spelling (and soak his conkers in vinegar for tomorrows playground battles) while the rest of us discuss our ideas on SEO.
I must congratulate him though on his mastery of Spellchecker. Its took long enough.
BTW. useing????? Drop the "e" to add the "ing". Detention for you tomorrow little chap.
Bored of this now.
Anyone got anything interesting to say about SEO?

aldwickk - 11 Sep 2006 21:45 - 19782 of 27111

hewittalan6

Your a clown on a joke thread and your wit is as sharp as a rubber ball.

aldwickk - 11 Sep 2006 21:52 - 19783 of 27111

Great minds don't hold shares in SEO .
