and 'shoot' is spelt 'chute' in that context, but does it matter?

tweenie - 11 Sep 2006 18:49 - 19779 of 27111

Alan, I hope , you've learnt this valuable lesson and now know your place!!! this is a far superior interlect you have mocked and have suitably been admonished.

I'm glad he was'nt giving me a dressing down, being such a fragile person and with my portfolio is such turmoil (given my faith in SEO); it could easily put my over the edge.
LOL

Poor minds discuss people.
Average minds discuss events.
Great minds discuss ideas.
I shall leave my gnomic little friend to discuss the events of my spelling (and soak his conkers in vinegar for tomorrows playground battles) while the rest of us discuss our ideas on SEO.
I must congratulate him though on his mastery of Spellchecker. Its took long enough.
BTW. useing????? Drop the "e" to add the "ing". Detention for you tomorrow little chap.
Bored of this now.
Anyone got anything interesting to say about SEO?

Great minds don't hold shares in SEO .

explosive - 11 Sep 2006 22:42 - 19784 of 27111

MMMMmmmm wouldn't have thought great minds would post on free BBs either.

From Cnnmoney.com last month;

Wal-Mart says it will invest $500 million in sustainability projects, and the company has done a lot more than draw up targets. It has quickly become, for instance, the biggest seller of organic milk and the biggest buyer of organic cotton in the world. It is working with suppliers to figure out ways to cut down on packaging and energy costs. It has opened two "green" supercenters.

Two points. Walmart are evidently very happy to put their money where their mouth is. perhaps this is why we have heard nothing about SEO's funding plans. Second, who would have thought that WM would go from non green milk and cotton to the biggest buyer so quickly. Hope the same can be said about the packaging.
The full article goes into every area, though it majors on the enormous and rapid changes to their vehicle fleet and detergent packaging, which is about to change dramatically in WM stores.
Probably just good PR from them, though they deny it is, but they are certainly investing big money, and have created several SVN's , one for each area they wish to change. SEO is in the packaging one, as we all know from previous RNS.

Nice 2m buy after hours - buys outdoing sells by a substantial amount again today and the SP still falls.

Oilywag - 12 Sep 2006 17:39 - 19788 of 27111

Mmmm .... that's 4.5m shares in two days bought after hours.

Methinks the hobbit runes are beginning to tell a story. Lets hope that "My Precious" is not telling Bilbo Baggins 'orrible little liesessss!

This activity appears to be confirming the developing good news thrown up by our research.

Automatic, the silence is deafening.

tweenie - 12 Sep 2006 18:07 - 19789 of 27111

Oily are you sure it was a buy?
if not -would explain the fall.

Either way-who cares - patience is a virtue.
.............................................................That I'm now sick of
LOL

Oilywag - 12 Sep 2006 18:11 - 19790 of 27111

Both transactions showed up on Interactive's record of trades as buys.

Anyone with level 2 know any different?

Amities /.... According to Plastic lnformation Europe { PIE } dated 4/9/2006 SEO have no more than 1.3 million Euros { approx 900K } in its coffers despite a placing which raised 3.7 million in June . Even with the best of bean counters at the helm that is sufficient capital for 2 , or perhaps 3 months at the very most . SEO publically stated on 9 /9/ 2006 that negotiations to raise neccassary monies were making good progress............................. .. This totally contradicts the facts, and is furthur compounded by the fact we were told at the last AGM the company had more than sufficient funds to see them through to full comercialization and certainly without recourse to furthur borrowings ............................................................................................................................................. . ... The interpolation in PIE s statement was that SEO have been frantically and forlornly scouring the city for funds; but sadly as yet it would seem their efforts are falling on deaf ears; with a PUBLIC rights issue looking to be the most likely outcome. What discounted price a rights issue ? you may ask ?,,,,, 2p ? / 2.5p ? - thearby causing massive dilution and overhang ........................................................................... ...lts not a hard call... With over 50 other packaging companies vying for WM business and all in attendance at WM,s recent conference on making the packaging business cheaper, more efficient and more environment friendly why should a monolith like WM chose a loss making company as SEO as a bedpartner? ? . This is not quantum physics .. Clearly this company is fiscally in deep trouble. . and im with CYNIC and ALDWICK on this one .and as things CURRENTLY stand l would not touch it with a bargepole. !! ................,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ............As an aside i find it astonoshing that a small cilique of posters with mole vision and the brains of a colony of chocolate frogs personally insult those individuals who dare to hold a contrarian view . We had this trouble with that ferkin dogmatic moron PMASTERSON ( PM1 } not so long ago. { How objective can a man who starts his own admiration website on SEO be ? ................ ln addition the market is ALWAYS RIGHT ! ALWAYS !!! ..lt merely feeds on your GREED on the cosy ride up and then mirrors your FEAR on the not so cosy downward nosedive . ... GET it right !! Any divergence from that and your breaking the first rule of applied economics and clearly riding the wrong train , .. l think 30p to 3p sums the whole sad saga up ,,As for 66p? Whilst very amusing thats very dangerous talk . The Fat lady has now left the building . ..Bien amicalment ,@+ J ...........................

Good to see some realism on this board. It's hard to see individuals/institutions shelling out for more equity. More likely, a deal will be done with a 3rd party and the existing shareholders will see the value of their holdings disappear down the plug hole.

Whether this is the most likely scenario is debatable. Down the tubes with a scavenger buying the IPR may be most likely.

oblomov - 13 Sep 2006 08:42 - 19793 of 27111

TFC, you didn't need to read PIE to learn that information, we knew it already from RNS's - yet another case of a fool more willing to make inane and negative comments than they are to do even the simplest of research. I expect you at least know what FROG pack is though, unlike that other idiot!

Nothing new in your post - why am I and many others so confident? Because we've done some research and know more than you and the other idiot knockers who continually state the obvious purely for the attention it gets them. If you are not an investor, why not go and play on a thread relevant to your own holdings and stop annoying us? As a non-shareholder, nobody here is interested in your irrelevant ramblings.

The Starpol 3000 FDA approval could be out anytime, due this week

robinhood - 13 Sep 2006 09:46 - 19796 of 27111

the master- how do you know? -hope u r right though

Oilywag - 13 Sep 2006 12:51 - 19797 of 27111

robinhood

My research a month ago indicated that the FDA approval for Starpol 3000 would take between 12 & 16 weeks from that date, so it maybe between 8 and 12 weeks from now.
My source was what I would describe as in the know. More than that I cannot say.
