Israeli Gaza conflict?????? (GAZA)

Fred1new - 06 Jan 2009 19:21

Will this increase or decrease the likelihood of terrorist actions in America, Europe and the rest of the world?

If you were a member of a family murdered in this conflict, would you be seeking revenge?

Should Tzipi Livni and Ehud Olmert, be tried for war crimes if or when this conflict comes to an end?

What will the price of oil be in 4 weeks time?

Fahel, you're a racist **** with not the slightest scrap of decency.

Save your cut and paste filth for whoever you mix with who finds this sort of thing funny.

Your ignorance really seems to know no bounds. And your morals are so pitifully lacking that I'll bet you don't even know what you've done wrong.

Goodbye.

cynic - 18 May 2010 14:21 - 2020 of 6906

i could make an even worse "joke" than that, but i dare not

i suppose fahel's "joke" had to be edited out, but i confess i thought it rather witty, but then i enjoy gallows humour

IanT(MoneyAM) - 18 May 2010 14:23 - 2021 of 6906

fahel,

although I will tolerate freedom of speech, I have edited your last comments, as it would be viewed as offensive.

Gausie,

I have also edited one word from your post, which I will not allow on the boards.

All,

Discussion on this thread is fine, if it gets personal or offensive to any individual or group, we will take action where and when we deem fit.

Ian

cynic - 18 May 2010 14:23 - 2022 of 6906

calm down Gausie; you'll give yourself apoplexy

In The Land of the B - 18 May 2010 14:25 - 2023 of 6906

And some of you on this thread think the Israelis are the bad ones, huh?
This is what they have to deal with all the time - it's the mentality and hatred of Hamas, Hizbollah and the rest (NOT all Arabs, NOT all Muslims).
It's the attitude supported by the liberal left "useful idiots" like fred and maybe haymaker.

Very well done, admin.

cynic - 18 May 2010 14:31 - 2024 of 6906

so where do i fall? ..... in the gap where the red sea parted? :-)

Gausie - 18 May 2010 14:36 - 2025 of 6906

Ian - Your response is weak, wet and indecisive.

Fahel has posted illegal racist filth on here time and time again, ever since his name first appeared on these boards, and will continue so to do. You risk the entire MAM business by not banning him. Check with Mike.

Cynic - maybe you find that sort of humour amusing. Maybe you don't have close family still traumatised by their time in the concentration camps.

Lets get back to recipes.

Haystack - 18 May 2010 14:38 - 2026 of 6906

A rabbi, a minister, and a priest were playing poker when the police raided the game.

Turning to the priest, the lead police officer said, "Father Murphy, were you gambling?"

Turning his eyes to heaven, the priest whispered, "L*rd, forgive me for what I am about to do." To the police officer, he then said, "No, officer; I was not gambling."

The officer then asked the minister, "Pastor Johnson, were you gambling?"

Again, after an appeal to heaven, the minister replied, "No, officer; I was not gambling."

Turning to the rabbi, the officer again asked, "Rabbi Goldstein, were you gambling?"

Shrugging his shoulders, the rabbi replied, "With whom?"

Gausie - a good number of my relatives were shot in poland or died in the camps, and a couple of them also survived the camps ..... i also went to Belsen last year, and let's just say that was "interesting", though i am very glad that i went.

anyway, enough of this serious emotional stuff ..... let me know when you need another fish recipe

Camelot - 18 May 2010 15:07 - 2028 of 6906

My relatives suffer from guilt by omission

They were told what was happening but couldnt believe it

They stayed in the comfort of their own home on this side of the channel
and did nothing until it was virtually too late

Bullshare - 18 May 2010 15:18 - 2029 of 6906

Gausie; Ian was decisive, he edited and removed two posts by Fahel and removed an offensive swear word by you. If Ian had been indecisive he would have left all posts unedited. Ian took the trouble of informing me of his actions which I whole heartedly accepted and agreed on.

We do not sit here as judge and jury. We sit here as moderators and tread a fine line between decency and freedom of speech.

As an 'old timer' on the BB's you should know by now not to get wound up by 'idiots' !!!

Isaacs - 18 May 2010 15:35 - 2030 of 6906

Well I have my own family history but didn't blink a eyelid over Fahel's "joke." Actually surprised it has been edited. I am sure there has been a lot worse posted on here dressed up as serious comment.

mnamreh - 18 May 2010 15:41 - 2031 of 6906

cynic - 18 May 2010 15:54 - 2032 of 6906

better - the devil has all the best lines

Fred1new - 18 May 2010 16:07 - 2033 of 6906

Cynic.

"who loudly vent their rabid prejudices and who, most unfortunately, drag a goodly number of the great unwashed with them"

Can you refer me to where I can read or vent my "rabid prejudices".

At the moment, I think you are advertising your own against any view at difference with your own.

cynic - 18 May 2010 16:15 - 2034 of 6906

did i point a finger?
i think not, but if the cap fits, wear it

In The Land of the B - 18 May 2010 16:21 - 2035 of 6906

People who embolden their text are trying to draw attention to themselves because.....errr.......no-one takes any notice of them.

Of course most members of the discredited Labour government are bewildered and asking what they did wrong.........as did many of the defendants at Nuremburg....

Now fred/nick, I am not calling you a dog because a dog is man's best friend and you are certainly not that to anyone, but, does a rabid dog know it's rabid?

cynic - 18 May 2010 16:27 - 2036 of 6906

bad boy itlb - rotfl!

Fred1new - 18 May 2010 16:34 - 2037 of 6906

Cynic, I thought that is what you were insinuating.

If I am wrong, fine, otherwise re-read my posting and inform me.

Like you, many of my wife's extended family were killed during the 40s.

But the crimes committed against humanity were then, and we should have learnt not repeat the actions against other groups of "individuals".

Have a nice day.
