Lambykins's Dutch Coffee House - ADULTS ONLY (LAMB)

Spaceman - 28 Jan 2005 23:56

CLOSED - THANKS to all customers for the last few years

optomistic - 20 Apr 2008 14:28 - 20714 of 24230

This is so peaceful in here, log fire, comfy chair and a glass of amber nectar enriched by a lack of demands from the lovely lady.
Now what's on the TV, a surefire way to send me to sleep. Afternoon all, enjoy your day :-)

Spaceman - 20 Apr 2008 22:56 - 20715 of 24230

Opto, you somewhere else?

All I can see is piles of wood chipping, a load of empy glasses and a mess round the hammock area?

;-)

Socrates - 21 Apr 2008 09:05 - 20716 of 24230

Cleaners are in, mind your feet.

FEB ready, beverages ready, dinner cooking. I've put a pair of minders on the door to prevent the riff-raff getting in so no flip-flops and T shirts please.

KEAYDIAN - 21 Apr 2008 09:07 - 20717 of 24230

(outside)

What do you mean I can't come in?

Socrates - 21 Apr 2008 10:24 - 20718 of 24230

Minimum dress standards apply, that infers you are dressed to start with!

KEAYDIAN - 21 Apr 2008 12:39 - 20719 of 24230

Oh, BRB.

KEAYDIAN - 21 Apr 2008 12:43 - 20720 of 24230

I'm back, can I come in now?

stockbunny - 21 Apr 2008 12:55 - 20721 of 24230

Certainly keaydian - omlette for lunch??

KEAYDIAN - 21 Apr 2008 13:02 - 20722 of 24230

Yuck.

stockbunny - 21 Apr 2008 13:09 - 20723 of 24230

I know...marginally bad taste joke..... ;>)
OK...
How about........
Steak, chips, mushrooms, peas....????
Might even let you off the salad.........

KEAYDIAN - 21 Apr 2008 13:15 - 20724 of 24230

Can I have mine rare, just wipe the horns and slap the arse, cheers luv.

Socrates - 21 Apr 2008 13:21 - 20725 of 24230

Sure that's fine, although one should really wear a tie.

stockbunny - 21 Apr 2008 13:25 - 20726 of 24230

Ohhwww.....that has really put me off cooking steak now.............. :>(
Tell you what I'll leave the grill on and a steak on the side and if you can cook it to the required still--capable-of-running-round-the-plate degree - thank you.........

(scribbles notice)

(pins on kitchen door)

(reads)

THE BUNNY IS UNABLE TO COOK ANYTHING UNDER MEDIUM DONE, IF YOU REQUIRE YOUR MEAT STILL-CAPABLE-OF-RUNNING-ROUND-THE PLATE, PLEASE EITHER COOK YOURSELF OR PREPARE TO GO HUNGRY - THANK YOU.

Socrates - 21 Apr 2008 14:50 - 20727 of 24230

I can never cook a rare steak, it's just like boiling eggs. I cook them for hours and still the eggs are hard and the steak black.

stockbunny - 21 Apr 2008 15:29 - 20728 of 24230

Oh well guess you're not going to be the rare steak cook then, guess its Keaydian?

jeffmack - 21 Apr 2008 15:37 - 20729 of 24230

Guinness

stockbunny - 21 Apr 2008 15:57 - 20730 of 24230

Certainly Sir and you have arrived just in time - Here everyone is our new rare steak chef - Jeff Mack is the obvious choice, not squeamish in the slightest!

optomistic - 21 Apr 2008 16:46 - 20731 of 24230

More Guinness

KEAYDIAN - 21 Apr 2008 17:04 - 20732 of 24230

Coming up

Who wanted the steak rare?

KEAYDIAN - 21 Apr 2008 17:05 - 20733 of 24230

That's as rare as I could find.
