Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).
Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.
cheers GF.

It is this tick I have!
Not quite sure why I get repeats, but one Ctrl on one of my keyboards is too close to my little finger.
It is a b. nuisance.
I will do an N's .. ... .... ... .

gf's analysis of the property market in London only applies to the top end. The rest of it is just driven by a lack of supply.

gf's thread 21607 is immediately inaccurate in one important aspect. His cut and paste (presumably without reading) has this statement, "Professor Joseph Olson of Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, points out some interesting facts concerning the last Presidential election:
Number of States won by: Obama: 19 McCain: 29"
What happened to Mitt Romney? I look forward to more random pastes of articles supporting the Looney left position.

Hays,
Is it true that Osborne is going to be ask to stand down to concentrate on reorganising of the Con party for the next election?
Cable is being tipped as his replacement?
What a party. Swerve to the right reverse to then left looking trying to find middle of the road again.
Fun to watch!

Cable won't take over. The Conservative MPs don't like him (neither do I).
I think it is very unlikely that Osborne will change jobs. He is doing a pretty good job in his current job. Cable has said that he thinks Osborne is doing all the right things.

Yes, Osborne is doing a good job as Chancellor. The economy should be in very good health by 2015.
I just wish they'd ditch this High Speed 2 nonsense. Who of sound mind would want to get to Manchester and Birmingham quicker? For a fraction of the money involved, they could knock Hadrian's Wall down and rebuild it 250 miles further south and 20' higher.
