Nothing really Jeff. I presume you heard about the Florida Melbourne airport contract. News expected this month, all being well. It is my estimation that if things go as planned, Florida could well be the real start of the Planestation concept, i.e. inter-Planestation flights with negotiated service contracts.

At some time in the future I would expect to see management contracts with flightline service companies, like Alpha Airports, across a range of Planestations. That would give Wiggins and operators economies of scale and a constant quality of service.

But enough of this speculation, I've had a rotten cold and need a large hot toddy to buck me up. (No Hilary, I said toddy not totty!) But thanks all the same.

Jeff and Hilary - Please do me a favour and re-establish e-mail contact, I've temporarily lost all my e-mail addresses when my old PC went down.

Thanks, bars open by the way.

vasey - 30 Sep 2003 22:25 - 2177 of 23498

My favourite words...!

Socrates - 30 Sep 2003 22:35 - 2178 of 23498

Vasey! How delightful, our paths don't seem to have crossed recently although I have read all you have posted about DYS. I have been researching fuel cells out of scientific interest and am quite fascinated by them. I really like the idea of the 1 Megawatt train the US is building.

Now about that drink, pint of VC do the trick?

vasey - 30 Sep 2003 22:38 - 2179 of 23498

A lovely idea, Socs! Join me?

Socrates - 30 Sep 2003 22:54 - 2180 of 23498

Vasey
Consider yourself joined. What's DYS going to do this week?

Socrates - 30 Sep 2003 22:58 - 2181 of 23498

I forgot to add, I think it may be about to rise once more.

vasey - 30 Sep 2003 23:06 - 2182 of 23498

Oddly, so do I, Socs. Don't know what all that markdown was about last week. Weird

Socrates - 30 Sep 2003 23:28 - 2183 of 23498

Great minds etc. Mind you, I'm a little concerned about the market in general, not much confidence around but there are still a good number of stocks that look undervalued. Hope springs eternal.

Well, the cat's just gone out so It's bedtime for me. I'll be back on line around 16:30 tomorrow, goodnight Vasey.

Socrates - 01 Oct 2003 17:04 - 2184 of 23498

The man said "I shall return", and he has.

jeffmack - 01 Oct 2003 17:13 - 2185 of 23498

But you are late.......

hilary - 01 Oct 2003 17:18 - 2186 of 23498

Is this a geriatrics' convention?

jeffmack - 01 Oct 2003 17:26 - 2187 of 23498

Speak up, I'm deaf

Socrates - 01 Oct 2003 17:35 - 2188 of 23498

Late? I said around 16:30, that's not bad. It's not as if I kept anyone waiting.

Hi Hilary. Old mans convention indeed, and just who was it said she was too old for the chandelier?

hilary - 01 Oct 2003 17:47 - 2189 of 23498

I was only pulling your leg about being too old for the chandelier, socs. Didn't want to get your blood pressure racing too high.

:-)

Did you get my mail through the am internal, btw?

snoball - 01 Oct 2003 17:48 - 2190 of 23498

Coffee and dough nuts, please.
Some of those new fangled American ones.
The ones that make you die early.

Socrates - 01 Oct 2003 18:02 - 2191 of 23498

Thanks Hilary, your e-mail and Jeff's arrived 17:14 and 17:16 respectively. I'm so glad you were pulling my leg, I was almost ready to take down my chandelier.

hilary - 01 Oct 2003 18:12 - 2192 of 23498

Socrates - 01 Oct 2003 21:06 - 2193 of 23498

Hilary
Krispy Kreme doughnuts is a company EK was shorting for a long time. I can't remember if he was successful or not. The yanks love the product apparently.
