Goal if you are out there as per my post on the goldfinger thread three months back I have been reducing my exposure to momentum driven techs and susequently sold off my last IDD share holding late last week.

I have not signalled this one out for any paticular reason. I just beleive that with the problems the economy faces with debt and the ever increasing geopolitical problems that I needed to move into more defensive/low beta stocks and so have repositioned the holdings in my portfolio to try and limit the downside if things get even worse.

I wish all holders good luck in there investment.

cheers GF.

ID Data PLC
29 April 2004

Press Release 29 April 2004

ID Data plc supplies store cards to GE Capital

ID Data plc ('the Company'), a leading supplier of secure transaction systems
and smart card services operating in the banking, retail, international
telephony and secure access sectors, has begun production of store cards for GE
Capital.

The Company is in the final stages of negotiating a contract to supply,
personalise and distribute all GE Capital store cards in the UK. The agreement
is expected to last two years and to generate additional annual revenues for ID
Data of between 1.5 million and 2 million, based on estimates by both parties

manufacturing process and management. ID Data produced 120 million cards in
2004.

Michael Stewart, a Director of ID Data and Managing Director of its ID Data
Systems subsidiary, said: 'Our abilities in card personalisation will enable
GE's retail-industry clients to get closer to customers, offering benefits based
on individual profiles and purchasing habits.'

Production of cards for GE Capital has begun at ID Data's secure facility at
Petersfield in the UK. The site is part of Mids & Horsey Ltd, whose acquisition
by ID Data was announced on 8 March 2004.

Peter Cox, Chief Executive of ID Data, said: 'A key element of our strategy is
the achievement of predictable monthly revenues and bottom-line contributions,
and this work confirms our ability to serve world-leading brands in a
