In the recent Agm the chairman said "the company has made a positive start to the financial year and the board remains optimistic about prospects for the business."

Pre-tax losses have also nearly halved from 6.4 mln to a loss of 3.4 mln on cost cutting. They have also had a successful fund raising.

Also chart indicators show that it may be time for the next leg upwards past recent resistance at 7.5p. and please remember you are responsible for the timing of your own buying and selling actions.

Looks like its going to be an all paper deal and the prospective target has forced the disclosure so that the price does't race away too much.

Haven't seen the article myself, but I'm told that chartist Zak Mir has made IDD his "chart of the week" with a prediction that the shares could almost treble within three months.

I have taken the opportunity to top up.

not much volume on id data today? yet nearly 4 million shares traded yesterday, only 741,000 todat, what's going on anyone?

no messages on idd for a few days,a bit worrying(this is 'my building up a new computer' fund!)

My opinion is that if there is going to be a significant rise it will be at least 6 months,i think it will be worth the wait.

ZAK MIR (t1ps analyst) recons it will trebble in the next few months

The Company announces that 1,750,000 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each (the 'New
Ordinary Shares') have been issued and allotted following a conversion of
Secured Convertible Loan Notes.

Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading
on AIM, and admission is expected to become effective at 8a.m. on 27 February
2004.

Does this mean that those who already own IDD shares will be offered more at a reduced price? Hope so, SEO new shares are up over 100% but the original haven't moved since.

What damage can new shares do?

1,750,000 shares is only a drop in the ocean to the number of shares in circulation. This shouldnt really affect current standing. These shares wont be offered o the public.
