I quite like triffids, but they are a bit bland without a little garlic added.

Socs, trouble is when they have been subjected to weedkiller, salt water and a flamethrower its affects the tast a bit (I assume).

Weedkiller is ineffective on triffids so don't use it. Saltwater is OK with vegetables and the flamethrower is a bit like barbecue, so no problem.
