Spacie
Sounds like you have homing mice. Take them further away before releasing them.

Someone mentioned tea, I'll make a pot to get over my shock. Got a nail in the tyre of my beamer and just laid out 115 for a new one, tyre that is, not nail. Caused a swap around because some of my tyres are assymetric and some not, pesky things.

optomistic - 22 Jan 2005 19:29 - 22838 of 23498

Seems like a good place to come and put your feet up, cosy chair next to the fire. I'll just have the odd half hour.

chocolat - 22 Jan 2005 19:37 - 22839 of 23498

We'll have no odd half hours in here, opto..

optomistic - 22 Jan 2005 19:40 - 22840 of 23498

Oh Choccy I was just nodding off then.

chocolat - 22 Jan 2005 19:41 - 22841 of 23498

Ooops...sorry :S

optomistic - 22 Jan 2005 19:42 - 22842 of 23498

You can always pull up the other chair Choccy, it's so cosy :-)

optomistic - 22 Jan 2005 19:48 - 22843 of 23498

Or you could always sling up a hammock for two, you would have to keep still though :-)

optomistic - 22 Jan 2005 19:59 - 22844 of 23498

So that's how you get half an hour just suggest to a lady that she keeps still in a shared hammock!! Worth remembering.

Socrates - 22 Jan 2005 20:04 - 22845 of 23498

Hello, company at last. Who is that sitting on my lap in the comfy chair?

optomistic - 22 Jan 2005 20:05 - 22846 of 23498

Hello Socs never noticed you were there, Choccy seems to have left.

optomistic - 22 Jan 2005 20:27 - 22847 of 23498

BREAKING NEWS!

Animal rights activists protest at weapons of mass mice destruction!

Socrates - 22 Jan 2005 21:23 - 22850 of 23498

Three vicars were having lunch together in a restaurant.

The first vicar said, "Ever since summer started I've been having trouble with mice in my church. I've tried everything, noise, spray, cats, nothing seems to scare them away."

The second vicar then said "I've got hundreds living in the crypt of my church. I've used traps and even called pest control to get rid of them, but they still won't go away."

With a grin on his face, the third vicar said, "I had the same problem so I baptized all mine and made them members of the church, haven't seen one of them since."

DD...bloody hell mate, what happened?

Watched the b game live on satelite, couldn't believe my minces and Peter Crouch scores again [ 2 in 2] he'll never make a premier league player as long as he's got a hole in his harris but his goals are worth a fortune; maybe even survival but its early doors.

As for your lot, commiserations; hate to see a team everyone admired and idolised through the Shanks/Paisley era go like that, hope they'll bounce back.

Great sympathy from 'the banker'.......lol...
