Cybit the best telematics play (CYH)

Still Waiting - 21 Sep 2003 22:33

The chart for this stock says it all.

The company is quickly becoming a real gem in the telematics field, over the last month the co. has announced re-seller contracts which will bring in min. 2m or >30% of last years T/O alone.

The company is already experiencing massive organic growth so the co. should be profitable now following last years 500k loss.

The co. has approx. 6m cash and is in one of the hottest growth areas at the moment.

With a market cap. of 25m this will be re-rated x2/3 minimum within the next 6-12 months IMHO.

MM buys went through on Friday with T/O continuing to build, one to put on your monitor...

Kivver - 01 Sep 2004 13:53 - 2310 of 3104

It's going to take at least 2 years imho. Changes to next years reporting is going to give less than encouraging results but will show real growth for the years after that. If it could sign more deals, come up with some more ideas then that would obviously add impetuous to the sp. A solid long term hold.

chrissie - 01 Sep 2004 18:50 - 2311 of 3104

kivver

I thought that the reporting changes were implemented in the last set of results.

We have nothing to worry about, yes this is taking longer than expected but one day it will start to go north and go from strength to strength. It's a good company with good management. SIT TIGHT!

Gone.

Chrissie been saying it all along it is great one to hold for the future even when everyone started bailing out. Just great opportunity to buy more. Im in until it at least *5 from what it is now.

Douggie - 02 Sep 2004 18:54 - 2316 of 3104

Wish this share didn't do the nice big heartlifting rise one day then go into now typical nerve twitching reverse into that orible red!! I will gladly settle for nice little daily doses of blue, will accept ocasional day green, asking too much? YUP!!!!
After each rise over last 2 months a new low was hit,1step up 2 down ;-/

Nitefly - 07 Sep 2004 14:31 - 2317 of 3104

predator22 - 07 Sep 2004 17:11 - 2318 of 3104

from a TA point of veiw you can clearly see a break upwards through the 50 day MA,
where today it has managed to close above for the first time in 9 months,
it bolds well for further rises IMO.

graph.php?modeMA=Simple&startDate=07%2F0

MillionDollarMan - 07 Sep 2004 21:48 - 2319 of 3104

Predator22, could you tell me what TA and MA stand for and how to build a chart like that one you have shown?

ptholden - 07 Sep 2004 22:45 - 2320 of 3104

MDM

Sorry to butt in, but you might find this link interesting:

http://stockcharts.com/education/

TA = Technical Analysis
MA = Moving Average

Adding further to Predator's post, there is also clearly defined resistance at 1.7p, in the event the SP is able to 'break out' above this level and if supported by volume, the next level resistance level is at 2.1p

Incidentally, all manner of charts and indicators can be overlaid onto the SP chart. Just click on Charts at the top of the MoneyAM screen and explore .

Hope this helps.

PTH

Kivver - 07 Sep 2004 22:56 - 2321 of 3104

Next big move will be closer the interim, still a long term hold.

ptholden - 07 Sep 2004 23:10 - 2322 of 3104

Incidentally, just to continue the TA theme, the MACD is also very positive. There are three Bullish indicators, all present in the current chart, (well just about!):

Positive divergence, a very Bullish signal.
Bullish Moving Average Crossover, the most common indicator, but supports the Positive Divergence.
Bullish Centreline Crossover, also supporting the Positive Divergence and the Bullish theme.

Admittedly, the current CYH MACD Histogram is not an absolute classic case, but I think you can argue the case.
