Tanker,

You have made an important comment as Patisear has said please elaborate as much as you are able as there are many of us that would feel much happier if this was to be true.

We look forward to your answer.

On looking up the posts on the other side, you'll see that someone is indicating that SEO also produce or are involved with RFID and imply that Pullsline uses that technology. I do not believe SEO is developing anything RFID-wise, and Pullsline simply uses a multi-layer technolgy:

"Pulsline uses a unique patented multi-layered laminate construction.
Patents granted in UK, Europe, USA.
This unique security seal has a peel back tab, which once removed, is designed to reveal a personalised validation message. This can also include a hologram. If the seal is completely removed from the product/packaging then a visible message appears on the seal and the same message is transfered onto the product. This void style message contains a coating to ensure a sealed non-tacky feel to the residue left on the product.
"

What the hell is going on with all these sells?

over 30 x 10,000 sells plus a 1.5m sale - does somebody know something?

Paperbackwriter - 16 Jan 2007 11:27 - 23242 of 27111

Pinnacle,
How did you acquire the information that Starpol 3000 has not been put forward for FDA approval yet?
Can you please share that with us?

aldwickk - 16 Jan 2007 12:13 - 23243 of 27111

pinnacle,

We all know something, but some know more then others.

pinnacle - 16 Jan 2007 12:15 - 23244 of 27111

I am afraid it's true - they have not as yet decided on the final formula - hence no news on FDA approval - as it has not been put forward.

I do not know who you are so I cannot divulge - I am sure you understand.

dawall - 16 Jan 2007 12:15 - 23245 of 27111

Does anyone know what date is the next opportunity for shareholders to get Wagner and Warmer by the scruff of the neck and answer some frank questions?

1. It is ridiculous that shareholders do not know if their company's biggest potential product has been submitted for FDA approval and if so whether it is still being evaluated or has been approved or has been refused.

2. Letters of intent were signed in September, we are nearly 6 months down the line AND 3 months post fundraising and still no clarification of where these stand.

3. Greenseal has gone quiet to the point now at which people must be assuming that it is a commecially viable product. We were told it was all sorted months ago. I do not think with the recent cost cutting that SEO now have any capability to roll this out. They are probably hoping that Mondini or other can deliver for them but with no support which retailers would take this up?

Its alright for people to suggest Wagner is focusing on delivering deals but without any update for months on the most important area of SEO's business how do we know he is doing anything? I want to know what he is doing and whilst I accept that contractual details cannot be released there is nothing to stop him releasing an update on developments. I bet Schroders know exactly what is going on so why shouldn't everyone else?

pinnacle - 16 Jan 2007 12:21 - 23246 of 27111

Dawall,

Fully agree - however Stanelco have put in place a self imposed curfue on news - this is not good for current investors or for new potential investors as they have nothing whatsoever to base an investment decision on.

The clock is ticking and soon something good or bad will emerge in the form of an up-date before results - the key will be the future outlook, but don't get too excited because the way that information is now so closely controlled I doubt it will contain anything to inspire us.

I think the way the private shareholders are being treated is shabby and totally unprofessional - but what is new and what can we do?

pinnacle - 16 Jan 2007 12:25 - 23247 of 27111

Either Tanker has gone out or it was just another wind-up!

Positive news is what we all want and deserve after all the money we have HAD to put up.

EWRobson - 16 Jan 2007 12:25 - 23248 of 27111

I am sure dawall's comment is right: Schroders will know exactly what is going on. Interesting piece on them in the Times today. They have been losing pension fund business but have opened a new fund to attract smaller pension stakes. The argument, which is relavent here, is that this allows pension funds to enter growth opportunities because there is the support staff to evaluate risks. So their evaluation of the SEO risk (at 0.8p) will have been positive. It may be that they will acquire additional SEO shares for the new fund - if so, this would be a very positive vote of confidence.
