OK temporary accomodation for us ex-pats of Spacie's coffee house that is sadly now boarded up and in memory of Goldie's old pad the tearooms.

No fancy stuff, as this is temporary until we find a nice new place but it's warm down here with the fire and aga and I've organised a daily guinness, lager and wine delivery. There is a small kitchen in the corner and a few comfy cosy armchairs.

So feel free to take refuge when you need a break - self-service generally I'm afraid but when I can I'll rustle up a meal :>)

There is a rumour on the island that the mad farmer is sending the shed as a present to his daughter, she is known locally as Mad Dog Mary, the Viking Fairy! I'll bet she is fun on halloween night!

Morning all - sorry not always possible for me to woman-the-fort every day these days, I 'think' everyone is ok - bit concerned about Kims latest hobby of spying on ladies changing rooms....and a bit concerned as to where Keaydian is now...but apart from that every thing seems normal! ;>)

I asked my chippy for rock and chips last tuesday but he had only cod. I thought back to my schooldays when I used to catch my own from Margate Pier. Not only have I got no rock, there is no pier either. That old pier was part of my childhood. Sad, in'it?
