Oblo

Looking at Frogpack's own website www.frogpack.com it is more a brand name, covering various products, Frogpack, Frogmat, Frogwrap and probably soon even The FrogsBollox - especially useful for wrapping and sending the bullshit (or is it frogshit?) to SEO PIs!

I get the impression from the Environment page Frogpack is mainly all cardboard. Frogmat has some plastic and Frogwrap mainly all plastics. Remembering the Board yesterday I shudder to think who provides the raw material for Frogshit - what a mental picture.

All ingredients are biodegradable compostable etc.

Sealed Air. What is it in SEO that they are negotiating?

Page 7 of the Annual Report

GreenSeal
GreenSeal is an environmentally friendly sealing solution used for food trays in the retail marketplace. Trials
have been ongoing since 2005 with several major packaging companies and a number of original equipment
manufacturers have been monitoring our progress. In particular, the trials with Hitchen Foods are ongoing.
Co-ordinating opportunities for prolonged trials with packaging processors has proved more difficult than
anticipated. The complexities are associated with tooling and the changing demands from retailers.
We have been frustrated by the time taken to exploit this technology and we continue to explore different
opportunities to effect the roll out. However, this will take longer, and the revenues generated will be less, than
originally indicated.
Sealed Air, one of the worlds largest packaging companies, is undertaking various trials at Marchwood.
It is examining the potential use of RF technology applications within its group.

I read it and I'm still in, the company is still surviving after all this time waiting for a deal it must now be worth a top up punt so I am considering it.

I have also tidied up the research Page taking out the Rapid Advance of Stanelco bit as it isnt now relevant, also I have took out this link http://www.stanelcoinc.com it was to be the US Web Site now no more the domain name is up for renewal and has not been renewed.

Thanks for the information from the AGM Tony, I don't know why but, despite the lack of jam statements, I am strangely content to sit tight for now. Maybe it is because no over-hopeful or indeed, false claims were made!

If you are interested in why cos like seo must succeed then watch bbc2 on Wed night at 9pm about plastic pollution in the seas around Hawaii and the damage being done. Seeing it was enough to convince 43 shops in Modbury Devon to stop giving out plastic bags for a 6 month trial--they have taken organic bags to sell at cost price-fantastic good on them!

oblomov - 30 Apr 2007 17:23 - 24322 of 27111

Everyones flogging this stuff except SEO, unfortunately.

tweenie - 01 May 2007 12:44 - 24323 of 27111

is it just my imagination or are all the sold shares being mopped up?

oblomov - 01 May 2007 13:11 - 24324 of 27111

I think its just your imagination, Tweenie!

garyble - 01 May 2007 13:52 - 24325 of 27111

Surely can't be much more mopping up to be done......only leaves us poor saps who are holding on in the hope of breaking even!!

oblomov - 01 May 2007 14:03 - 24326 of 27111

More chance of breaking the sound barrier than breaking even in my case!

tweenie - 01 May 2007 14:04 - 24327 of 27111

Gor, what a gloomy lot. Go read PM1 and cheer up!

Probably won't help the wealth but it should raise spirits.

pinnacle - 01 May 2007 16:20 - 24329 of 27111

The only people who are worried about this share are those where time is against them!!

robinhood - 01 May 2007 16:37 - 24330 of 27111

pinnacle yeah sure like the SEO board?

oblomov - 02 May 2007 07:45 - 24331 of 27111

Completely OT, but has anyone here been offered shares in the Hargreaves Lansdown float? I'm wondering whether its worth taking my allocation as a short term bet.

Courtesy of information from another BB, it appears that Sphere are looking to complete an IPO later this year, ie July 07.

In my opinion the picture now seems clear with regard to SEO.

Sphere will have enough money to take out Stanelco and then control the whole of Biotec - this is the only sensible way forward.

The question is:

How much would Stanelco be bought for?

Sensible thoughts on this would be appreciated as there is no doubt in my mind that this will eventually happen.
