If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Ian. I have the 'Cell Flash Background (order deleted)' as brown (the default colour) on my Level 2. But I haven't had any brown flashes for days denoting an order taken out either by withdrawing or by being filled - they all come up as blue, as per the Order Inserted/Updated. Am I doing something wrong? Or is there a fault somewhere?

Maggot,
I will take a look at this and see if I can replicate the problem.

IanT - any luck with checking whether the 'Cell Flash Background (Order Deleted)' is working? I've tried altering the colour and it still comes up blue. Not a big problem, but a little confusing.

Maggot,
I have monitored mine and have not been able to reproduce the problem, but I have filed a bug report so I will let you know what that turns up.

There is a bit of a cock-up on the site map page. If you select this option from the top bar, then select Terminal from that screen to see a demo view, you are taken straight to Shares Mag.
Be a sport and give me a trial for Terminal for being so helpful........grin.

Ian. Yesterday XTA on Stockwatch at close showed a mid price of 860, which was wrong; today it shows 887.50, with Level 2 showing 870/876.
edit. Also checked AAL - Level 2 shows 1307/1308 and stockwatch shows 1344. Perhaps there are more - but I'm going to have some tea now!

and we are still plotting weekends on the candle charts - as I requested please can they be removed
and I have just tried to pull up the charts for aal and bsy and there is nothing there
and I'm having a whinge because I need good data!

maddoctor,
Have just spoken to JT and with regard to the closing price, we are displaying the offical price sent through by the LSE.
We will take a look into your other issues and get back to you.

Streaming charts still don't reset themselves to "today" (ie: 8am) when they are loaded prior to that time. They show yesterday's as expected. You have to manually refresh to make them work.
